*DIFFERENT DOCTRINE

*Our mission is to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ absolutely free. We do not want donation. We only want you to know the truth. 

1.  INTRODUCTION

Deliberately I choose the subject title of this article because I know the seriousness, implications and consequences between “different gospel” and “different doctrine.” I also know the differences between “denominational defects” and “cults.” To do a justice it would require a book.

1Ti 6:3, “If anyone advocates a different doctrine and does not agree with sound words, those of our Lord Jesus Christ, and with the doctrine conforming 

to godliness.”

Different in Greek is heterodidaskaleō which means

deviating from the truth; teaching otherwise; strange teaching; — which occurs 2 times in the New Testament.

Different means untrue, unsound and wrong doctrines which do not conform to godliness.

Pro 26:5, “Answer [and correct the erroneous 

concepts of] a fool according to his folly, otherwise he will be wise in his own eyes [if he thinks you agree with him].”

Different is much more than erroneous. Different doctrine is more serious than false doctrine.

1Ti 1:3, “As I urged you when I went into Macedonia, stay there in Ephesus so that you may command certain people not to teach false doctrines any longer.”

I also know the difference between accurately and more accurately. For examp, Act 18:24-26, “Now a Jew named Apollos, an Alexandrian by birth, an eloquent man, came to Ephesus; and he was proficient in the Scriptures. This man had been instructed in the way of the Lord; and being fervent in spirit, he was accurately speaking and teaching things about Jesus, being acquainted only with the baptism of John; and he began speaking boldly in the synagogue. But when Priscilla and Aquila heard him, they took him aside and explained the way of God more accurately to him.”

It is of vital importance that anyone who is speking and teaching things about Jesus accurately.

1.  OTHER GOSPELS OR OTHER RELIGIONS

1. Roman Catholism

The Protestant Church is not a new branch or brand of CHRISTIANITY; Martin Luther did not establish a new version of Christianity. Martin Luther brought the Church back to the original Christianity completely based on the Holy Bible. The Roman Emperor Constantine made Christianity the official or state religion of the Roman Empire, and the Roman Catholic Church was the result of the apostate church. God raised up Martin Luther to protest against the false doctrines and heresies and unsound traditions of the Roman Catholic Church. The Protestant Church or the true Church of Jesus Christ does not recognize the pope or anyone as the Head of the Church except Jesus Christ. The pope is not the sole representative of Jesus Christ on earth, the Holy Spirit is. The Body of Jesus Christ accepts no other authority except the authority of the Word of God (Sola Scriptura). 

However, the Roman Catholic Church has taught a number of false doctrines and heresies, among them: 

(A). The Bible does not recognize papacy. 

The fact that Pope Benedict XVI acknowledged “mistakes” that he “deeply regretted” because of his embrace of an excommunicated bishop who denied that Nazis killed Jews in gas chambers is more than sufficient to invalidate the doctrine of “infallible papacy”. There is no need to look at each pope in the past of the multitude of mistakes they made. It was reported on Jan. 17, 2011 that a vial containing blood drawn from Pope John Paul II shortly before he died will be installed as a relic in a Polish church soon after his beatification later this year. A Catholic official said this is the most precious relic of John Paul II and should be the focal point of the church. The tradition of relics comes from medieval practices of the Roman Catholic Church. The Catholic Church has many un-Scriptural practices. The blood of John Paul II could not save himself, much less to save anyone. Catholics should pay attention to what Apostle Peter wrote by inspiration of the Holy Spirit,  

1Pe 1:18-19 , “Knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.” The tradition of men may be contrary to the Word of God, and there is no use for relic in the church. The only thing precious to the Church of God is the blood of Christ which redeemed us and washed away our sins. The Roman Catholic Church calls its pope the Holy Father. That is the name Jesus Christ called God,  

Jhn 17:11, “Now I am no longer in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to You. Holy Father, keep through Your name those whom You have given Me, that they may be one as We are.” Holy Father is the name of God; no human can adopt or use it. Apparently, the Roman Catholic Church has committed blasphemy. It is the Holy Spirit, not the pope, who is the Sole Representative of Jesus Christ on earth. Peter was never a pope, he was an Apostle. 

(B). The worship of Mary (Mariolatry) is un-Scriptural. 

Catholics are guilty of blasphemy in calling Mary, the Mother of God. 

(1). God is Self-Existent, Eternal, Holy and Omnipotent. God does not and cannot have a mother. 

(2). Mary was a virgin selected to bear the Son of God, Jesus Christ was God who became Man. 

Mat 1:24-25,    “And Joseph awoke from his sleep and did as the angel of the Lord commanded him, and took Mary as his wife, but kept her a virgin until she gave birth to a Son; and he called His name Jesus.” 

(C). After giving birth to Jesus, May had sex with Joseph her husband and bore several children. Mary was not Virgin in perpetuity. 

Mat 13:55-56, “Is this not the carpenter’s son? Is His mother not called Mary, and His brothers, James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas? And His sisters, are they not all with us? Where then did this Man acquire all these things?”

Once I met a young Catholic girl, the Scripture cited above would not convince her, she believed her church.

(4). Mary was never called the Mother of God in the New Testament. 

(5). Mary called herself a bonbslave of the Lord.  Luk 1:38,  “And Mary said: Behold, the bondslave of the Lord; may it be done to me according to your word. And the angel departed from her.” 

(6). Mary does not have power to save anyone, she herself needs the Savior. Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world. 

Mary was not the mother of God. God was eternally self-existent, and God could not have a mother. If God had a mother, the mother of God would be greater than God. Mary was the mother of Jesus because she was the virgin who was conceived by the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ was God who became Man in order to save mankind. The Holy Trinity means the Holy Father, the Holy Son and the Holy Spirit. There is no such a thing called the Holy Mother – that is a blasphemy! It is un-scriptural to pray to Mary or any saints. Mary, apostles or saints have no power to help anyone on earth. The cult of Mary or Mariology propagated by the Roman Catholic Church is un-Scriptural, heretical and contrary to Biblical teaching. True, Mary was a virgin when she gave birth to Jesus the Son God, God who became Man. After that Mary had sex with Joseph her husband and bore several children.  

Mar 6:3,  “Is this not the carpenter, the Son of Mary, and brother of James, Joses, Judas, and Simon? And are not His sisters here with us? So they were offended at Him.” How could Mary be the perpetual virgin since she bore several children after Jesus? The doctrine of perpetual Virgin Mary is absurd and false. Mary who herself confessed to be the handmaid of the Lord,  

Luk 1:38 , “Then Mary said: Behold the handmaid of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word. And the angel departed from her.” 

Handmaid in Greek is doulē  which means a female slave, bondmaid; – it occurs only 3 times in the New Testament. Mary further said,  

Luk 1:47, “And my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior.” If Mary was the handmaid of the Lord, how then could she be the Holy Mother, the Mother of God? If Mary needed God her Savior who is the Lord Jesus, she was not sinless. No where in the Bible ever teaches of Mary’s power or records of Mary’s supernatural power or performance of miracles, yet the Catholics believe Mary has power. A Catholic woman said, “We need the Virgin Mary’s protection, and for her to keep an eye on our soldiers, too.” A Roman Catholic Bishop declared in America “with moral certainty the apparitions of Mary “of a supernatural character” that are “worthy of belief.” No one can validate the power of Mary; the power of Jesus Christ was validated by God and the Holy Spirit through resurrection and ascension and countless miracles. 

You can come to Jesus Christ wherever you are; there is no shrine you need to visit. You do not need to make any pilgrimage; but you need to repent and believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. What does the Bible say worthy of acceptance? And who is worthy? 

1Ti 1:15,“This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief.” 

My Catholic friends, Mary was not and is not the Savior, and does not have any power to do anything for you. Jesus Christ is the Lord and Savior, there is no other. Jesus Christ is worthy of belief, not Mary or pope. 

Rev 5:12 ,“Saying with a loud voice: Worthy is the Lamb who was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing!” The Lamb of God is the coming King of kings and Lord and lords. 

(C). The Roman Catholic church does not have absolute authority. 

The Holy Bible which is the Word of God is the absolute authority on faith and Christian conduct. Jesus Christ, the Head of the church, has absolute authority. Popes have been wrong about many Scriptural interpretations, but this one interpretation is Scriptural. Benedict said Jesus’ death wasn’t about punishment, but rather salvation. Jesus’ blood, he said, “does not cry out for vengeance and punishment, it brings reconciliation. It is not poured out against anyone, it is poured out for many, for all.” Jesus’ death was substitutionary for sinners so that all who believe in Jesus as Lord and Savior may be saved. Jesus’ blood brings reconciliation between God and repentant sinners. The Word of God is the highest authority of the church, not any council. Anti-Semitism is wrong. The Bible does not teach cry out for vengeance because the Jews then crucified Jesus. Jesus says,  

Mar 14:21,  “The Son of Man indeed goes just as it is written of Him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been good for that man if he had never been born.” The Bible calls those who had taken and crucified Jesus as “lawless hands” ( Act 2:23 ) The Bible also teaches,  

Rev 1:7, “Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.” 

(D).  Transubstantiation is un-Scriptural. 

The bread only symbolizes the body of Christ, and the wine the blood. The bread used in the Holy Communion does not change into the body of Christ; and the wine or grape juice does not change into His blood. 

(E).  There is no purgatory. 

There is Heaven which is the eternal place of happiness for the children of God. There is Hell which is the place of eternal punishment for unbelievers and the wicked. There is no purgatory.

(F).  The Bible does not prohibit marriage for the servants of Christ. 

Peter had a wife, and his mother-in-law was cured by the Lord. It is a great tragedy and pathology that Catholic priests and nuns raped so many boys and girls around the world! 

Pope Benedict begged forgiveness from abuse victims for the sins of priests and promised to “do everything possible” to ensure that Roman Catholic clerics never rape or molest children again. The abuse of the little ones in many nations was at first covered up, then denied, defended, and at last admitted and begged for forgiveness. There are four basic problems. One is to continue the false and unbiblical doctrine of celibacy. Priests and nuns should be allowed to get married so that their passion and carnal desire will not victimize the little and helpless children. Prevention is better than cure. Secondly, the Catholic Church has structural problem that grants bishops and priests almost limitless power over their members. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Thirdly, there is no severe penalty or deterrence for priests and nuns who committed rape and sexual abuse of children although they have committed crimes. Fourthly, there is no built-in supervision to restrain the behavior of church leaders. The pope has made a promise he cannot keep, it is just like to promise that Wall Street will never defraud and loot the public again. Unless fundamental changes are made, for sure Roman Catholic clerics will rape or molest children again and again. 

The New York Times’ Editorial (Feb 14, 2011) said, “The Roman Catholic hierarchy in this country has promised accountability and justice for children sexually abused by priests. We fear it has a long way to go. A new inquiry has found that nearly a decade after the scandal engulfed the American church, children are still in peril and some leaders are still stonewalling investigations. A grand-jury report released Feb. 10 accused three priests and a teacher in the Philadelphia Archdiocese of raping two young boys in the 1990s. It also accused a senior church official of knowingly endangering thousands of children by shielding accused priests for years. The Philadelphia district attorney brought sexual-assault charges against the priests and teacher, and charged Msgr. William Lynn, with two counts of child endangerment, apparently the first time a church leader has been criminally charged with covering up abuse… These are not the first accusations against the Philadelphia Archdiocese. A blistering grand-jury report in 2005 exposed the abuse of hundreds of children by more than 60 archdiocesan priests, lamenting that the church’s cover-up had succeeded since the statute of limitations made it impossible to prosecute the predators.” Shame! Shame! More Shame! 

(G).  The priest has no power to forgive sins, only God does.  

Act 10:42-43,  “And He ordered us to preach to the people, and solemnly to testify that this is the One who has been appointed by God as Judge of the living and the dead. Of Him all the prophets bear witness that through His name everyone who believes in Him receives forgiveness of sins.” 

Everyone and anyone who believes in the One who is Jesus Christ, the Judge of the living and the dead, receives forgiveness of sins. It is a great folly to confess sins to priests who themselves commit rape, sexual immorality, corruption, etc. No human being can forgive your sins. 

(H).  Salvation is not by good deeds, for no one is good enough to go to Heaven. 

Eph 2:8, “For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God.“     

Salvation is a gift of God to whoever repents and believes in Jesus Christ. You are saved by grace through faith.  No amounts of good works or good deeds would qualify you to enter the Kingdom of God. No one is good enough to go to Heaven.

(I).  The idea of “apostolic succession” is un-Scriptural. 

The Roman Catholic Church is totally wrong and completely false. The Bible does not recognize pope, and there is no such a thing called “apostolic succession.” Since the last twelve apostles (Judas lost and replaced by Paul), no one has ever succeeded any apostle. If anyone claims to be an apostle, he must be a fraud. The Lord did not entrust Peter and his successors to be the center of this communion. That was an invention of the Catholic Church. Believers are not in communion with the apostles, angels or Mary. Believers cannot pray to apostles, angels, or Mary. It is a false doctrine that teaches “Only through communion with the successors of the apostles are we in contact with God incarnate.” 

2Cr 13:14,  “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.” 

Communion in Greek is koinōnia which means fellowship, joint participation, association, fellowship in the dignity and blessings of the Son of God; – it occurs about 20 times in the New Testament. Only through communion with the Holy Spirit – who is the sole Representative of Christ on earth – that believers are in contact with God Incarnate, the Head of the Church. Jesus Christ says,  

Jhn 14:26,  “But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.” The Holy Spirit will teach believers all things. Just as the apostles were taught by the Holy Spirit, believers after the apostles are taught by the Spirit of Truth and the Word of God.  

2Ti 1:14,  “Guard the truth that has been entrusted to you by the Holy Spirit who dwells within us.”  

1Pe 1:12,  “It was revealed to them that they were serving not themselves but you, in the things which have now been announced to you by those who preached the good news to you through the Holy Spirit sent from Heaven, things into which angels long to look.” Peter, which the Catholic Church cited so much to support their false doctrines, said by inspiration that the Gospel was preached through the Holy Spirit sent from Heaven; the good news did not come from any apostle.  

Eph 5:23, “For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the Head of the Church; He is the Savior of the body.” The Church is the body of Christ, and Christ is the Head of the Church. The pope is not the head of the church; pope was invented by the Catholic Church. Jesus is the Messiah through whom God gives salvation.  

Col 1:18,  “He is the Head of the body, the Church; and He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that in all things He may have the preeminence.” To have preeminence in Greek is prōteuō  which means to be first, have supremacy, hold the first place; – it occurs only once in New Testament. Jesus Christ is the Head of the church and holds the first place in all things. 

(J).  The true meaning of Sainthood. 

Beatification is a Catholic false doctrine and wrong practice, NOT supported by the Scriptures. Sainthood is NOT what a man (no matter who he is) can bestow upon another man. The blood of any man is sinful (no matter who he is), it does NOT have any power to heal. A dead man cannot perform miracles. What is a saint?  What is sainthood? 

Phl 4:21,  “Greet every saint in Christ Jesus. The brethren who are with me greet you.” 

Note: You do not greet a dead person. Saint in Greek is  hagios  which means a Christian whom God has selected, that under the influence of the Holy Spirit, he may be rendered, through holiness, a partaker of salvation in the Kingdom of God; – it occurs 229 times in the New Testament. Thus a saint can be defined as a saved and sanctified believer in Christ Jesus. Apostle Paul wrote to all the saints in Christ Jesus who are in Philippi. You see Paul wrote to the saints who were alive and living in Philippi. Paul did not write to or greet dead saints. A believer in Christ sanctified by the Holy Spirit is already a saint here on earth while alive, not until he is dead or beatified by a pope. Paul and apostles did not recognize any pope. The Bible does not recognize any pope. How is a believer sanctified?  

Act 26:18,  “To open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.” To be sanctified by faith in Christ, one must turn from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God. Those who are sanctified by faith in Christ receive the forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among the saints. Every Christian is sanctified by faith in Jesus Christ, not by his own good or holy deeds. How is a believer sanctified by faith?  

Rom 15:16,  “That I might be a minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the Gospel of God, that the offering of the Gentiles might be acceptable, sanctified by the Holy Spirit.”  

Believers in Christ are sanctified by the Holy Spirit in Christ.  

1Cr 1:2,  “To the church of God which is at Corinth, to those who are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all who in every place call on the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours.” Jesus Christ by His own blood bought and sanctified believers.  

Hbr 10:10,  “By that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.” Through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ, believers are sanctified positionally before God once for all.  

1Cr 6:11,  “And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.” Thus, a saint is a believer saved and sanctified in Christ; and sainthood is the position and privilege of being a saint in Christ; not something canonized by the pope or anyone. 

A Catholic priest wrote, “If Christmas is the season opener, Easter is the Super Bowl.” God does not recognize the Super Bowl; Super Bowl is nothing to God.  

Rom 1:4,  “Who was declared the Son of God with power by the resurrection from the dead, according to the Spirit of holiness, Jesus Christ our Lord.” The resurrection of Jesus does prove His divinity. It is not the day that matters, not the church’s liturgical calendar that matters; it is the Word of God that matters. It is silly to argue whether Easter is more important than Christmas or vice versa.  

Rom 14:5-6,  “One person regards one day above another, another regards every day alike.  Each person must be fully convinced in his own mind. He who observes the day, observes it for the Lord, and he who eats, does so for the Lord, for he gives thanks to God; and he who eats not, for the Lord he does not eat, and gives thanks to God.”  

Gal 4:10-11,  “You observe days and months and seasons and years. I fear for you, lest I have labored over you in vain.” The Roman Catholic Church has many man-made doctrines and traditions of men which are not in the Bible. The Bible never says the Christmas season lasts 12 days or the Easter season lasts 50 days. 

What Catholic theologians and scholars say are unimportant. The Gospel of John does not mention the birth of Jesus because the Gospel presents Jesus as the Word, and the Word was God. God certainly did not have a birth day, for God is Self-Existent and eternal, from everlasting to everlasting. Catholics are wrong to believe that Mary remained a virgin her entire life. Mary was a virgin because Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit; before May had sex with Joseph. Certainly Jesus was not the carpenter’s son; Jesus was the Son of God.  

Mat 1:18,  “Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: when His mother Mary had been betrothed to Joseph, before they came together she was found to be with child by the Holy Spirit.”  Jesus was conceived before Joseph and Mary came together (had sex). How could Mary remained a virgin in perpetuity when she and Joseph came together and produced sons and daughters?   

Mat 13:55-56,  “Is not this the carpenter’s son? Is not His mother called Mary, and His brothers, James and Joseph and Simon and Judas? And His sisters, are they not all with us? Where then did this man get all these things?”  

Mar 3:31,  “Then His mother and His brothers arrived, and standing outside they sent word to Him and called Him.” The Bible does not say how many children Mary had with Joseph, we are told they had 4 sons and daughters, not knowing how many daughters and without giving names of their daughters. There is no Christmas Mass, midnight or not. Mass was a Catholic invention, contrary to the Bible. The Bible teaches about the Lord’s Supper, to remember the death of Jesus Christ. 

•  Mormonism

Mormonism is a religion invented by Joseph Smith. All I want to say it has nothing to do with Christianity.

•  Jehovah Witness

It is only use the name of God, but it has nothing to do with Christianity.

•  Seventh Day Adventism

It is not a denomination. It is another religion. Its gospel is to observe the Law of Moses and keep the Sabbath.

Pentecostalism — treated as erroneous doctrines.

Most important is that a person is accurately 

speaking and teaching things about Jesus.

III.  ORGANIZED RELIGION

Sadly the organized religion gives Christianity a bad name. Someone said, I like Jesus Christ, but I don’t like your Christians.

Many White churches and White preachers express sense of superiority as if they are Christians of higher quality. Some White churches insist you give monthly tithe or you cannot be their church member. Black churches are worse, their rituals may not be Scriptural. Black church members habitually protect their immoral pastors. One White Christian lady told me the White churches do the same thing. But the Blacks are so open about it that their well-known preacher M.L.King, Jr. not only preached a false gospel, he was certified by the FBI as an immoral person. Another famous Black leader Nelson Mandela had three 

wives which was open defiance of the Christian faith. On top of it, Black Liberation Theology is a false gospel, different gospel.

You probably WILL never find a perfect church in this world.

Years ago I discovered. Evangelicals and Fundamentalists may be sound and pure in their faith, but they practice “evangelical monopoly.”  Evangelical or Fundamentalist monopoly is a monopoly practiced by evangelicals or fundamentalists to safeguard and promote the interests of its members only. If you are not members of their groups, you will never be invited to preach in their churches. If you are not members of their groups, no matter how good and true are your articles or books, they will never publish them; as a famous Christian publisher informed me they will not have my book competes with theirs. In other words, these evangelicals or fundamentalists exclude and boycott others who are not their members in the Chrisitian ministry. Sadly, they have the same faith, same gospel; but they monopolize and will not cooperate with other Christians. They practice monopoly of preaching and publishing for self-interest. I do not see a chance these evangelicals and fundamentalists will change their monopoly behavior. The power of organizations is tremendous and opportunity of money making is great.

It  reminds me of the incident in the Bible,

Mar 9:38-40, “John said to Him, “Teacher, we saw someone casting out demons in Your name, and we tried to prevent him because he was not following us.” But Jesus said, “Do not hinder him, for there is no one who will perform a miracle in My name, and be able soon afterward to speak evil of Me.

For the one who is not against us is for us.“

Luk 9:49-50, “John answered and said, “Master, we saw someone casting out demons in Your name; and we tried to prevent him, because he does not follow along with us.” But Jesus said to him, “Do not hinder him; for the one who is not against you is for you.”

Since my parents were missionaries, I had opportunity to get to know many Chinese and foreign preachers. If I tell you my knowledge and experience with them, it may be a stumbling stone to many. I was a member of a large famous church in America. One day I was walking on the street I happened to meet the associate pastor, he repeatedly ignored my greetings as if I did not exist. Another day I was driving a new rented car parking in front of the church, the associate pastor ran to greet me. I had met too many unworthy people who called themselves pastors or preachers.

IV.  DENOMINATIONAL DEFECTS

Denominational defects are not cults. For example, Presbyterian church is not a cult. Although using sprinkle as a mode of baptism is not Scriptural.

Pentacostal church teaches two false doctrines: (1). The filling of the Holy Spirit is not for speaking in tongues, it is for the preaching of the Gospel. (2). Even you have faith, God may not heal you. It is not always God’s will to heal.

In conclusion,

1Ti 1:10-11, “for the sexually immoral, homosexuals,

slave traders, liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound teaching, according to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, with which I have been entrusted.”

sound doctrine] With R.V. render the sound doctrine. The word for ‘doctrine’ occurs 15 times in these epistles, against seven times in the rest of the N. T.; a mark that the original simple concrete word ‘teaching’ is gradually becoming the settled abstract term ‘doctrine.’ But it is still too soon for the idea of this general abstraction which is conveyed to our mind by the phrase ‘sound doctrine.’ The insertion of the article (according to the Greek) gives us just an English equivalent of the middle stage which the phrase has reached.
The nearest to the use of the Past. Epp. is Ephesians 4:14, where we ought to read ‘every wind of the doctrine,’ the article referring to all the work of apostles, prophets, evangelists and teachers just spoken of.

1 Timothy 6:3-5. If any man teach otherwise — Than strict, practical holiness, in all its branches; and consent not to wholesome words — Υγιαινουσι λογοις, literally, healing, or healthful words, words that have no taint of falsehood, or tendency to encourage sin; and the doctrine which is according to godliness — The sole design and direct tendency of which is to make people godly, and to promote the glory of God, while it secures the salvation of men; he is proud — Greek, τετυφωται, puffed up; which is the cause of his not consenting to this doctrine; knowing nothing — As he ought to know; but doting — Greek, νοστων, being sick, or distempered in his mind; about questions — Dotingly fond of disputes; an evil, but common disease, especially where practice is forgotten. •  Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me.—It was not sufficient for Timothy to renew his fainting courage and to brace himself up for fresh efforts; he must do something more—in his teaching he must never let those solemn formularies he had once received from him be changed. Perhaps in the heart of St. Paul lurked some dread that the new glosses and specious explanations which the school of false teachers, so often referred to in these Pastoral Epistles, chose to add to the great doctrines of Christianity would be more likely to be listened to by Timothy when the hand of his old master was cold and the heart had ceased to beat; so he urged upon him to hold fast those inspired formularies he had heard from St. Paul’s lips—such, for instance, as those “faithful sayings” which come before us so often in these Epistles to Timothy and Titus.

In faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.—Timothy, in days to come, must mould and shape his teaching after the pattern of the teaching of his master St. Paul, and he must do it in that faith and love which alone comes from a life passed in communion with Christ.

The very frequent reference to the “sound, healthy words” in these Epistles by St. Paul, and from which he urges his disciples and successors never to depart, indicate to us the deep importance St. Paul and the first generation of believers attached to the very words and expressions used by the apostles and those who had been with the Lord.

False doctrines so easily might creep in, and loose forms of expression respecting great truths were an ever-present danger; a lax life, too, St. Paul knew, was the almost invariable accompaniment of false doctrine, hence these repeated exhortations of his to these representative teachers, Timothy and Titus, of the second generation of Christians, to hold fast the form of sound, healthy words—such words as these had again and again been heard from the lips of apostles and hearers of the Lord—“words which thou hast heard of me,” St. Paul.

shall they heap to themselves] A compound form of the verb used in ch. 2 Timothy 3:6 for ‘laden.’
having itching ears] An ambiguous rendering in A.V.; but the original is clear, the nominative case shewing that it is the pupils not the teachers who have the itching ears. R.V. corrects this by transposing the clause to the commencement of the sentence; but this gives up the close proximity of the two words for ‘ears’; because they have itching ears should be the rendering. The participle is middle, lit. ‘scratching themselves,’ as Arist. H. A. ix. 1, 18. Out of a prurient longing for novelty and excitement, ‘instead of receiving those Teachers who are authorized by Christ to instruct them and have a regular call and mission from Him to execute their sacred office, and preach by the Rule of Faith, they will stray away from their Pastors and from their own proper Fold and will raise up for themselves a confused heap of Teachers.’ Wordsworth.”

•  This witness is true.—St. Paul emphatically here endorses the very severe judgment which their own great prophet-poet had written on the national Cretan character. He (St. Paul) had lived long enough in their midst to be able to bear his grave testimony to the truth of Epimenides’ words. He had witnessed the sad havoc in Christian life which their evil national propensities had caused.

Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith.—Some render, wherefore confute, that is to say, set them right, sharply (apotomōs). The substantive apotomia, translated in the English version “severity,” is used in the passage about the “wild olive tree” (Romans 11:22). As a surgeon’s knife cuts away the diseased and mortifying flesh, so must the words and discipline of Titus, the Apostle’s representative in Crete, sharply rebuke, and, if need be, punish the sinning members of the congregation. Not merely the false teachers—the deceivers—are referred to here, but also the deceived, those whole households mentioned in Titus 1:11; and the object of this severity in words and acts was that the lapsed, the doctrinally and morally sick, among the Cretan Christians, should be restored to health again; and the sound state of faith and practice would, St. Paul proceeded to show, consist in “the rejection of Jewish fables and the commandments of these men.”

Although this article is written for believers, the testimony is also true for unbelievers. The glorious Gospel is sound and true, you must not neglect so great a salvation. You can repent of your sins and believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. You can do it now.

How to advance China’s modernization:

1. Discard old belief of superstition, old practice of religion, old outlook of self-satisfaction, and old values of traditon by embracing new concept, new perspfective and new values of innovtion and technology.
2. Stop all foreign aid because China does not have enough resoources to do modernized vital projects of its own.
3. Restrict entry of all undersiable peoples and welcome the influx of overseas Chinese and their investment.
4. Improve manufacture with only high qualify products and penalize fake goods and poor quality products.
5. Eliminate corruption, organized crime, counterfeit currency, rumor, smuggling of any sort and monopoly and overchages of hospitals and doctors.
6. Democracy is the greatest fraud perpetrated by the West in the world; China must not immitate the West but go its own way.
7. Recruit 6-footers who have graduated from college into a new military school like West Point to be trained to become military leaders.
8. Overhaul CGTN with respect to its ideology, personnel, programming and commercials. No liquor, cigarette, Western fake goods are allowed on TV.
9. Ban uncivilized sports such as boxing, fencing, grand prix, and all body-hurt games.
10. China has no need to save any underdeveloped, unmotivated, impoverished, and useless nations; China had need to save itself.
11. Enhance nuclear weapons so that China in a superior position not threatened by any country.
12. Improve military position toward neigboring hostile nations.
13. Revitalize rural areas not only liberating from poor and backward situations but able to be independent economically, financially, and productively.
14. Overhaul CGTN: scrap Africa, Latin America and Arab programs; forcus on China, Asia, America and Europe.

On October 1, 2025 I urge the Hong Kong government and people to start de-Britishlization of Hong Kong names of streets and roads. For example, Victoria Peak should be changed to Dengxiaping Peak; Queen’s Road should be changed to Maozedong Road, etc.

It is laughable that a black politician made a statement on TV, “Africa cannot develop without fossil fuel.” What Africa does not have, can make long laundry list. Years ago when China was poor and did not have anything. Did America and Europe give aid? In fact to these days they are the biggest enemies of China, oppressors, trouble makers, diplomatic obstructionists and military aggressors. In America, the elderlies have to make a choice between taking a meal and medications. They cost $25 each; to have a meal they cannot afford to have medications. The electric bills are so high, even though they have heaters and air conditioners, they die in Summer and Winter. Every year I lectured at major Chinese universities and vacationed in China for 3 weeks when I worked for an American corporation. I noticed my electric bill did not go down even I was out of the country for 3 weeks. The female representative of Edison Power had the gall to say they do not charge customers by usage.

Africa has done nothing to deserve a large coverage by world media. Civil wars, conflicts, protests and constant shortages should be ignored. Undeveloped nations have no hope because of their corrupt leaders and politicians, their peoples are lazy and unproductive. They glorify tribalism, barbarianism and primitive behavior. They dislike work, like games and sports although sports produce nothing. They have civil wars, conflicts, tensions, gangs and terrorists, violence, man-made and natural disasters. They eat and get fat, sing and dance, drink beer and have sex, produce so many unwanted children they cannot support. These useless, ugly, immoral and unworthy peoples do not deserve any humanitarian aid. Ten or more years from now they will get worse and worse.

Is there any future or hope for America when the President, the Congress and the Supreme Court do not uphold the law by deporting 45 million illegal aliens already residing in America on welfare and let hordes of unlawful migrants enter boldly and freely to ruin America???

This is the voice of an old dying American in the wilderness who does not seek money or power.

1.  The new President must attack Mexico militarily for violating American sovereignty, being the conduit of unlawful migrants for years AND drugs trafficking. Drop a few bombs on Mexico City may be a good start.
2.  Deport 45 million illegal aliens already residing in America and use military to prevent invasion of hordes of illegal migrants from entering the United States and reject all asylum seekers. Build walls and militarize the borders for safety and security.
3. Mexico threatens loss of US 400,000 jobs, US by canceling NAFTA will cost  Mexico 4 million jobs.
4. Use military to repel unlawful migrants and shoot at migrants who cut the fence or destroy the wall.
5. Withdraw support from Ukraine, END the war, and execute the Ukraine leader for war crimes and corruption.
6. Enact the law to require citizenship to apply for welfare, and all welfare recipients must work to get benefits.
7. Annihilate Iran, terrorists Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis; and force Palestinians to evacuate from the Jewish lands and go to lands of Arabs.
8. America has been playing the fool so long, of course America must be FIRST for America.
9. Former imperialists and colonialists must pay compensations to their former colonies. African nations are big talkers but small doers. Africa must be self-sufficient and receive no aid.
10. A nation has no reason to exist if it does not have water, food and fuel and basic infrastructure.
11. It is strangest that UN, WHO, ICC (International Criminal Court) etc. Speak and Support terrorists HAMAS, HEZBOLLAH and HOUTHIS.
12. It is a felony to harbor, hire or help unlawful migrants or illegal aliens.

Is there any future or hope for the world where the terrorists Hamas, Hezbollah and Houthis make demands and UN, WHO, EU, all Arab-Muslim-Black nations serve and support them willingly?

America and EU can change the world by changing course, cease all hostilities against Russia and China, like President Nixon sought a just and lasting peace for the world. I believe the overwhelming majority of Americans want this.

I propose the world to impose a moratorium of 20 years on the undeveloped, unproductive, insufficient and useless nations. No matter what internal conflict and tensions, civil war and war with neighbors, coups d’etat, famine, drought, or man-made disasters, the international community will not interfere. Moratorium means no communication, no diplomacy and no aid in whatever form. After 20-year of burning themselves out, many nations will vanish, and those who do well will survive. That is when the international community can help those nations who really want to become decent and respectable and responsible nations.

STRANGEST THINGS HAPPEN!  1. UN and most OF ITS MEMBERS ENDORSE THE TWO-STATE solution. UN-INSIDERS ARE WORSE THAN outsiders. NO ONE OPPOSES THIS. PALESTINIANS ARE ARABS WHO DO NOT WANT TO GO TO LANDS OF ARABS TO MAKE A LIVING AND BUILD ITS OWN PALESTINIAN STATE. The problem is the fact Palestinians want to build state of Palestinians in Jewish lands. 2. UN and all ARAB, MUSLIM, BLACK, EU nations do not say a word against TERRORISTS HAMAS, HAZBOLLAH, and HOUTHIS. NOT ONE DEMANDS HAMAS RELEASE OF HOSTAGES. INDEED, THEY SUPPORT TERRORISTS.

ARE DEPORTATION EFFORTS HURTING THE ECONOMY? WRONG QUESTION. RIGHT QUESTION: ARE ILLEGAL ALIENS HURTING AMERICA? Most of illegal aliens are on welfare, there are 45 million unlawful migrants already residing in America, including their children born in America who are not citizens. America needs to deport illegal aliens without further delay. To warn Mexico not to be an unlawful door for unlawful migrants to invade America, America needs to drop a few bombs on Mexico City to DETER them.

ON September 3, 2025 for China to mark 80th anniversary of victory over Japanese aggression and fascism is a historical necessity and hard-earned victory. All foreigners who heroically sacrificed their lives for China in their fight against Japanese aggression must individually be commemorated and remembered, their relatives are eternal friends of China. I  have never seen such a great parade before, the size and scope of it would overwhelm your mind; every aspect of it was systematically planned, every step of male and female soldiers was of uniform procedures, every military vehicle with all nuclear missiles and every war airplane in the sky well performed; the words such as grand, massive, superb, magnificent fail to describe the whole celebration. I wholeheartedly salute every Chinese military man and woman who participated. From 1931-1945, the brutal behavior of Japanese and its inhuman atrocities were worse than wild beasts and deserve ten atomic bombs in recompense. Even today Japanese government and leaders do not admit and repent of their war crimes, they worship executed war criminals as their national heroes and living gods. Japan never apologizes and pays compensation for killing 35 million Chinese, made hundreds of thousands sex slaves, millions of labor slaves and untold atrocities. Never again will China be oppressed. I am sure the militant Japan is deterred, but America is on the wrong side of history. Thank God it did not rain.

The mayors of Los Angeles, Washington, D.C. and Chicago are for crooks and criminals, they must be dismissed and deported. All the facts point to the need, Ukraine must be destroyed and its leader executed in order to end the war. Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis are terrorists and the countries that harbor them must be destroyed all together.

Since Gaza, West Bank, etc. are the Jewish lands, Palestinians must evacuate from all Jewish lands and flee to Arab lands where they are safe to receive international aid and build a Palestinian state of their choice.

The leader of Ukraine is corrupt and evil. Ukrainians are stupid to follow the path of destruction. He was the one who instigated war with Russia. Now he asks for security guarantees. The nincompoop should be executed to end the war.

Palestinians, Africans, and others serve as example of peoples who want to eat and do not want to work. UN, WHO, EU, etc. champion their cause. Palestinians do not want evacuate from Gaza, Jewish lands to resettle in Arab lands. Because they will lose their status as refugees where they can get their food, fuel, water, medicine and everything for free from international community. These problems multiply with the passage of time.

UN, EU, GERMANY, UK, FRANCE, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZELAND, ETC. are strange and unreasonable peoples. Who is stopping Palestinians to build a Palestinian state in an Arab land? It is wrong and illegal to build a Palestinian state in Jewish land (Gaza, West Bank, etc.). That is the cause of conflct.

The fact that National Guards have to patrol Washington, D.C. with weapons speaks loudly and badly of the capital. The mayor of Washington, D.C. should be dismissed and deported. All the more urgent the national capital should move to Lincoln, Nebraska, without delay.

The mayor of Washington, D.C. bowed to the illegal acts of street people who set up tents on public streets. She should be dismissed and deported. The National Guards are empowered to trash the tents, clear the streets and vanish street people. Los Angeles is a disgraced city because the California Governor and Los Angeles mayor failed to solve the problems of street people who not only set up tents on public streets, but also urinate and defecate. All the more urgent for the national capital to move to Lincoln, Nebraska. In the face of national debt exceeding $37 trillion, the people can save money by abolishing the House, retain the unicameral legislation of Senate to move also to Lincoln Nebraska. All this can be accomplished legally by a national referendum. America is ruined by dark and evil forces.

Forein Heroes of all races who sacrificed their lives for China in the war against Japanese aggression should be celebrated and remembered. The descendants of them are eternal friends of China. Descendants of American Flying Tiers whose forefathers had sacrificed their lives in the war against Japanese aggression and atrocities must always be honored and remembered. The Chinese government must treat them as eternal friends, and they are welcome to China anytime. Such blood bonds must be appreciated and maintained forever.

The world wrongly marks the anniversary of dropping atomic bomb on Hiroshima while neglecting the Japanese aggression and atrocities of killing 35 million innocent Chinese without remorse or reparations. UN over–appointed unqualified blacks and media have given too much coverage to unworthy black spoke-persons. It is amazing no matter how beautifully white organizations and individuals hail human rights, civil rights, democracy, development, technology, benefits, justice, etc., what they are actually after is MONEY. This can be said equally true about blacks.

Pet economy is wasted economy. Money should better be spent on nutrition and education of children and orphans. In cities all dogs must have annual license of Y5,000, cats Y4,000, and birds Y3,000. It is exempt for rural areas. If a dog defecates in public place, it shall be fined Y3,000 plus cleanup by owner or walker.

Global media highlight the number of Palestinians who have died, but fail to consider why Palestinian Authority and Palestinians do not want to evacuate from Jewish land and resettle in Arab land. Palestinians, men and women, young and old, are shameless beggars. They remain in Gaza to qualify for refugees so that they can get everything free from international community. The international community is ignorant of the fact that GAZA and related territories all belong to the Jews. Israel has every right to take back and take over Gaza and related territories. Palestinians must evacuate and relocate to Arab lands, make a living and establish its own Palestinian state without further delay.

French nincompoop Macron recognized Palestine as a state but failed to know that Palestine does not have territory and sovereignty. Leaders of UK, GERMANY, AUSTRLALIA would commit the same mistake by supporting terrorists. Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis are wicked terrorists, they should be destroyed without mercy. Leaders of Palestinian Authority are guilty for the death and malnutrition of children because they lead Palestinians to the path of destruction. They could have led Palestinians to lands of Arabs to earn a living and build their own Palestinian state. Palestinians (young & old, man & woman) are most shameless beggars for food & water, they don’t want to go to an Arab land to earn a living and build their own Palestinian state. Africa amid famine has the most fat people in the world, they are also shameless beggars. Ukrainians are shameless beggars for weapons, they do not have reason for existence. Harvard though the richest university in the world is a shameless beggar for US aid. Japan claims to practice democracy, its ruling party lost election miserably, yet its prime minister shamelessly wants to stay in power. The world must realize years of aid to Africa produced nothing, trillions of dollars went to black holes.  Africa is corrupt, unmotivated and useless. Black leaders and politicians take advantage of it; dress well, eat well, and live a luxurious life style. Black problems can be solved only by Blacks. Let Africa alone to survive on its own. Blacks create most of the problems in the world, given too much coverage and platform in world media, over–appointed and given too many spokespersons and positions in UN. Any nation who shares destiny with Africa will be doomed. Nothing good comes out of Africa: primitive religion, superstition, spiritism, orgies, black magic, tribalism, voodooism.

If the Texas flooding is an act of God; Ukraine conflict, and conflicts of Hamas, Hezbollah, and Houthis must be acts of the devil.

India must coexist with China, at the same time India and South Africa must be expelled from BRICS besause they do not remain true to BRICS’ founding mission, they do not belong, must be replaced by Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. US and EU must not rearm Ukraine, let Russia destroy it, and never to be rebuilt. The leader of Ukraine must also be executed.

Palestinian Authorities are guilty for leading Palestinians to a path of death, children died and suffer malnutrition.  Palestian Authorities do not lead Palestinians (who are Arabs) to a land of Arabs to work for a living and build the Palestinian state.

American forces have successfully wiped out three Iranian nuclear sites through B-2 bombers. The “everlasting consequence” is Iran cannot be a nuclear threat anymore. I stand with the overwhelming majority of Dutch people to demolish NATO — the war machine.
