Poverty is probably the greatest evil on earth. How do you know? I had been poor, so poor that I worked my way through college that I could not afford many things and had to do it myself. Have you ever heard that a man learned to cut his own hair because he could not pay the barber? Have you ever heard that a poor student cannot afford to buy notebook that he went to a computer department that threw away lots of papers and he used the other side of papers as his notebook? I was paid the minimum wage $1.25 an hour. In addition to working though college, I had to pay rent, utilities, and old jalapy, etc. I had gone through many odd jobs, including cleaning the toilet. I had experienced hunger because I could not afford to pay student fee. There was time that America had a very bad economic downturn that even a Ph.D. became a taxi driver to survive. I was laid off not for months, but for years. I was afraid to be out on the streets begging for bread. Until I read the Scripture:

Psa 56:3, “When I am afraid, I will put my trust in You.

Peace has many attackers, one of the demons is fear. Fear is to be afraid. To fear something is to be afraid of something.  The only remedy for fear is peace. How to have peace?

You here refers to the Amighty God, the Creator, Protector and Ruler of the universe. When you have trust in such a True and Living God, what have you to fear?

Trust in Hebrew is bāṭaḥ which means confidence; hope; rely upon; to fear nothing for oneself; — which occurs 120 times in the Old Testament.  The Scripture says:

Psa 37:25, “I have been young and now I am old,

yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken or his

descendants begging for bread.

Barnes’ Notes on the Bible

I have been young – The idea in this whole passage is, “I myself have passed through a long life. I have had an opportunity of observation, wide and extended. When I was a young man, I looked upon the world around me with the views and feelings which belong to that period of existence; when in middle life, I contemplated the state of things with the more calm and sober reflections pertaining to that period, and to the opportunities of wider observation; and now, in old age, I contemplate the condition of the world with all the advantages which a still wider observation and a longer experience give me, and with the impartial judgment which one has who is about to leave the world. And the result of all is a conviction that religion is an advantage to man; that God protects His people; that He provides for them; that they are more uniformly and constantly blessed, even in their worldly affairs, than other people, and that they do not often come to poverty and want.” There is a sad kind of feeling which a man has when he is constrained to say, “Ihave been young;” for it suggests the memory of joys, and hopes, and friends, that are now gone forever. But a man may have some claim to respect for his opinions when he is constrained to say it, for he can bring to the coming generation such results of his own experience and observation as may be of great value to those who are “young.”

And now am old – This demonstrates that this psalm was one of the later productions of its author; and the psalm has an additional value from this circumstance, as stating the results of a long observation of the course of affairs on the earth. Yet there is much that is solemn when a man is constrained to say, “I am old.” Life is nearly ended. The joys, the hopes, the vigor of youth, are all gone. The mature strength of manhood is now no more. The confines of life are nearly reached. The next remove is to another world, and that now must be near; and it is a solemn thing to stand on the shores of eternity; to look out on that boundless ocean, to feel that earth, and all that is dear on earth, is soon to be left “forever.”

Yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken – Forsaken by God; so forsaken that he has not a friend; so forsaken that he has nothing with which to supply his wants.

Nor his seed begging bread – Nor his children beggars. This was a remarkable testhemony; and though it cannot be affirmed that the psalmist meant to say literally that he had never, in any instance, met with such a case – for the language may have been intended as a general statement, yet it may have been true to the letter. In the course of a long life it may have occurred that he had never met with such a case – and if so, it was a remarkable proof of the correctness of the general remarks which he was making about the advantage of piety. It is not now universally true that the “righteous” are not “forsaken,” in the sense that they do not want, or in the sense that their children are not constrained to beg their bread, but the following things, are true:

  • that religion tends to make men industrious, economical, and prudent, and hence, tends to promote prosperity, and to secure temporal comforts;
  • that religion “of itself” impoverishes no one, or makes no one the poorer;
  • that religion saves from many of the expenses in life which are produced by vicious indulgence; and

(d) that, as a general rule, it saves men and their children from the necessity of public begging, and from the charity-house.

Who are the inmates of the poor-houses in the land? Who are the beggars in our great cities? Here and there, it may be, is one who is the child of pious parents, reduced by sickness or misfortune, or a lack of practical good sense – for religion does not alter the constitution of the mind, and does not impart the “skill” or “talent” upon which so much of the success in life depends; but the great mass of persons in our charity-houses, and of beggars in the streets, are themselves intemperate, or are the wives and children of the intemperate. They consist of those whom religion, as it would have made them virtuous and industrious, would have saved from rags and beggary. It may not now be literally true that anyone who has been young, and who is become old, could say that he had not once seen the righteous forsaken nor his seed begging bread; but the writer of these lines, who has this day – the day on which he pens them (Dec. 1, 1859) – reached the sixty-first year of his life, and who is constrained to say “I have been young,” though he may feel a reluctance to add, “but now am old,” can say, as the result of his own observation in the world, that, as a great law, the children of the pious are not vagrants and beggars. As a great law, they are sober, industrious, and prosperous. The vagrants and the beggars of the world are from other classes; and whatever may be the bearing of religion on the destinies of men in the future world, in this world the effect is to make them virtuous, industrious, prudent, and successful in their worldly affairs, so that their children are not left to beggary and want, but to respectability and to competence.

So I claimed the Divine promise and prayed: “Lord, You know I am a descendant of the righteous — poor missionaries. Please do not forsake me and do not let me begging for bread.” A white colleague of mine told me that he had gone through garbage can looking for food. Now I live to an advanced age and I can testify that the good Lord did not forsake me and I had never begged for bread in my life.

There are many reasons that a person is poor. I only selected some causes and reasons:

  1.  Colonialist-Caused Poverty

According to https://www.studycountry.com/wiki/what-are-the-5-negative-effects-of-colonialism

Colonialism’s impacts include environmental degradation, the spread of disease, economic instability, ethnic rivalries, and human rights violations—issues that can long outlast one group’s colonial rule.

Merriam-Webster defines colonialism as “control by one power over a dependent area or people.” It occurs when one nation takes control of another for benefits such as resources. Often, they force their language and culture on the locals.

By 1914, Europeans had colonized a large majority of the world’s nations at some point. Japan, Korea, and Thailand are the only other nations Europeans never colonized.

Colonialism is closely related to imperialism. Imperialism is the policy or ethos of using power and influence to control another nation or people. Settler colonialism is defined as a system that seeks to replace Indigenous populations with that of the colonizing power.

The Neitherland was a small country but it colonized Indonesia. Duth East India Company was rich while Indonesians were poor. Can you believe it, a Duth gilder was worth more than a dollar.

If you have been to Europe, you will see many beautiful palaces, mansions, and homes because they robbed the resources from their colonies. I believe all former colonialists have to pay compensations to their victims now.

  1.  Government-Caused Poverty

These undeveloped and insolvent nations practice deluded democracy and phony elections. General elections enabled corrupt politicans to be formally elected president, vice president and high ranking officials so that they can practice official corruption in looting national treasures. They live well, dress welll while their people suffer abject poverty; prone to conflict, glorify in killing.

Pro 28:22, “A person with an evil eye hurries after wealth and does not know that poverty will come upon him.

The leaders of Palestinian Authority should be executed because they led their people to the path of death and destruction. If you want to see helpless and useless people, go to refugee camps. For example, Palestinians do not want to go to Arab lands, then they have to work for everything. They would rather stay in Gaza as refugees so that they can get everything for free from international community.

China was once poor, under government leadership and people of high morality and industry, China has eliminated abject poverty. Those undeveloped, insolvent and unmotivated peoples can learn from China in elimination of poverty. China does not need to give them resources. They only need to learn from China’s experience and achievement.

Pro 28:19, “One who works his land will have plenty of food, but one who follows empty pursuits will have plenty of poverty.

Gill’s Exposition of the Entire Bible

He that tilleth his land shall have plenty of bread,…. Or, “shall he filled” or “satisfied with bread” (s): shall have bread enough, and to spare; provisions of all sorts, and in great plenty; See Gill on Proverbs 12:11;

but he that followeth, after vain persons; empty idle persons; keeps company and spends his time with them, when he should be about the business of his calling:

shall have poverty enough; or be “filled with it” (t); he shall be exceeding poor, reduced to the utmost distress, be clothed in rags and destitute of daily food.”

Government policies can make people very poor is a fact that you see in many nations. Bad governments make poor peoples.

Worst Governed Countries In The World: How can we tell which countries’ governments are among the “worst” in the world? While there can never be a simple solution to such a difficult topic, statistics from the Chandler Good Governance Index (CGGI) may be able to assist us. The Chandler Institute of Governance, a private nonprofit organization based in Singapore, publishes the Chandler Good Governance Index every year (CGGI). The index, which presently covers 104 nations, assesses the capacities and performance of governments throughout the world.

Can you tell me a good government where its people are poor?

III. Business-Caused Poverty

For me, a minority, is always underemployed and underpaid in America. My supervisors were always white males who had less education AND inferior skills and knowledge. One white male manager who hired me did not even have a college degree. I discovered when I was hired I submitted two certificate degrees, bachelor and master. The Human Resources threw away my master’s degree certificate. wonder why? When Human Resource is being audited, they could defend themselves by saying that minority who is underemployed and underpaid had only bachelor education. The white supersirs can always play down your achievement, they always play up the achievement of white employees. In America they always underemployed and underpaid minorities who had superior education and superior skills. The practices of corporations make minority employees poor. However, a black employee was promoted although without superior education and skills because a black vice president of finance spoke for him. Women are also discriminated. Equal work does not get equal pay. White business has routinely practiced discrimination is hiring and paying, that is why some minorities are poor. A Chinese worker told me that he cannot get in to be janitor of a big corporation, because a black union would not let him in.

Once an Asian woman asked me to pick up emplooyment application from the U.S.Postal Service, the black women physically blocked the entrace and would not let pick up the form.

Business or corporations can pay whatever they determine. That is why people are poor. When I was working my way through college, I got minimum wage of $1.25 an hour. Now IN 2024 Hourly Minimum Wage IS $7.25 / hour.

Corporations make big money to benefit only the top management, so they make so much and the employees make so little. Consequently, you can have rich corporations and poor employees.

IV. Self-Caused Poverty

Of all the causes of poverty, the worst cause of poverty is self-inflicted poverty. If you are uneducated, unskilled, unmotivated, married and have children you are the cause of your poverty. When you are poor, on top of it you borrow and have debt — you compound your poverty. The poor who are in debts bury themselves. Although I was poor, I knew how to live. I had two principles or policies:

  1. Never borrow money.

It is easy to borrow, it is hard to repay.

  • Never buy anything you cannot afford.

Something is strange but it is true. When I graduated from a nationally known university, I never applied for a credit card and one bank just sent me a credit card. Many applied for credit cards and did not get them. I got credit card without asking or applying. Credit card debt is even worse, it is so easy to get into debt: just charge it.

If you are poor and cannot support a wife, don’t get married. It sounds cruel. When I was studying at a top American university for my Master’s degree, my uncle (who was rich and not real blood relations) wanted her daughter to be married to me. I thought I was still studing and could not support a wife. There are so many poor people who could hardly support themselves, they got married and had children — that made them real poor. The poverty is self-inflicted.

The Scripture says, Pro 6:11, “Then your poverty will come in like a drifter, and your need like an armed man

Pulpit Commentary

Verse 11. – So shall thy poverty come as one that travelleth, and thy want as an armed man. The inevitable consequences of sloth – poverty and want, two terms conveying the idea of utter destitution – are described under a twofold aspect: first, as certain; second, as irresistible. Poverty will advance upon the sluggard with the unerring precision and swiftness with which a traveller tends towards the end of his journey, or, as Michaelis puts it, “quasi viator qui impigre pergit ac proprius venit donec propositum itineris scopum contingat” (Michaelis, ‘Notre Uberiores’). Muffet, in loc., keeping to the figure, however, explains differently, “Poverty shall overtake thee, as a swift traveller does one who walks slowly.” The Authorized Version, “as one that travelleth,” correctly represents the original kim’hallek. There is no ground whatever, from the use of the verb, for rendering the piel participle m’hallek as “a robber.” The verb halak invariably means “to go, or walk,” and the piel or intensive form of the verb means “to walk vigorously, or quickly.” The participle can only mean this in the two other passages where it occurs – Psalm 104:3 and Ecclesiastes 4:14. The substantive helek in 2 Samuel 12:4 also signifies “a traveller.” So the Vulgate here, quasi viator. The other view, it is stated, is required by the parallel expression in the second hemistich, “as an armed man,” and receives some support from the LXX. reading, ὥσπερ κακὸς ὁδοιπόρος, “as an evil traveller,” which may mean either a traveller bringing evil news, or one who wanders about with an evil intention and purpose, in the sense of the Latin grassator, “a highwayman.” In this case the meaning would be that poverty shall come upon the sluggard as he is indulging in his sloth, and leave him destitute as if stripped by a robber. But the destitution of the sluggard wilt not only be certain and swift, it will be also irresistible. His want shall come upon him as an armed man (k’ish magen); literally, as a man of a shield; Vulgate, quasi vir armatusi.e. like one fully equipped, and who attacks his foe with such onset and force that against him resistance is useless. As the unarmed, unprepared man succumbs to such an opponent, so shall the sluggard fall before want. The expressions,” thy poverty” and “thy want,” represent the destitution of the sluggard as flowing directly from his own habit of self-indulgence. It is his in a special manner) and he, not others, is alone responsible for it. Compare, beside the parallel passage Proverbs 24:33, the similar teaching in ch. 10:4; 13:4; 20:4. The Vulgate, LXX., and Arabic Versions at the close of this verse add, “But if thou art diligent, the harvest shall come as a fountain, and want shall flee far from thee;” the LXX. making a further addition, “as a bad runner (ὥσπερ κακὸς δρομεὺς).” It is observable, in comparing this section with the preceding, that the teacher pursues the subject of the sluggard to its close, while he leaves the end of the surety undetermined. The explanation may be in the difference in character of the two. The surety may escape the consequences of his act, but there is no such relief for the sluggard. His slothfulness becomes a habit, which increases the more it is indulged in, and leads to consequences which are as irremediable as they are inevitable. Proverbs 6:11.”

Pro 19:4, “Wealth adds many friends,

But a poor person is separated from his friend.

Pulpit Commentary

Verse 4. – Wealth maketh many friends (vers. 6, 7; Proverbs 14:20). A Greek gnome expresses the same truth –
Ἐὰν δ ἔχωμεν χρήμαθ ἕξομεν φίλους. The poor is separated from his neighbour. But it is better to make the act of separation emanate from the friend (as the Hebrew allows), and to render, with the Revised Version, The friend of the poor separateth himself from him. The word for “poor” is here dal, which means “feeble,” “languid;” so ver. 17; and the came word (rea), “friend” or “neighbor,” is used in both clauses. The idea of man’s selfishness is carried on in vers. 6 and 7. The Law of Moses had tried to counteract it (Deuteronomy 15:7, etc.), but it was Christianity that introduced the practical realization of the law of love, and the honouring of the poor as members of Christ. Septuagint, “But the poor is deserted even by his whilom friend.” Proverbs 19:4.”

Sadly and truly, I do not sympathize with man and woman who could not support themselves and having a bunch of children. Marriage is a privilege, not a right. The poor should not get married and have children.

I was in abject poverty in America, but I got out of poverty through education. If you are a responsible person, motivated and good worker, I have good news for you and show you how to get out of poverty and turn yourselve over. There are three rules you have to observe: Do not get married. Do not borrow. Do not buy what you cannot afford.

When I was working my way to get advanced education; my uncle (not blood relation but good relation, who was rich) wanted to give me his daughter in marriage. I told him right now I cannot support a wife while I am getting an advanced education. Being poor, you must be willing to get any menial and munual job. I was not ashmed to say I had done cleaning toilet before. When I moved, the customer was willing to pay for my travel time and transportion, in addition to regular wages. I think there are many in business and government who get high pay without doing anything good should be ashamed.

I never borrowed money and bought anything I could not afford. Many had to apply for credit card; when I graduated from a top American university with a Bacherlor degree, a bank sent me a credit card which I did not apply for. When I got my Master’s degree with a Manager’s position, a bank even offered me $100,000 monthly credit. I thought myself insane, why did I need such an mount of credit montly. Many got into credit card debt by simply charge it.

A person is not educated until he earns Bacherlor and Master’s degrees. My professor Dr. Harld Koontz, world famous professor, King of Management, Chanselor of International Academy of Management for 5 consectuve terms; and he wrote about me in a letter of recommendation dated March 13, 1981: “ Ï have known Mr. Wong well for some eight years, having first come to know him when he was a student in my graduate class in Advance Management Theory. I am glad to say that in this class of forty highly intelligent and motivated M.B.A. and Ph.D. students, Mr. Wong received the highest grade in this class.” Whe I earned M.P.A. degree from a top American university, the University asked me to go on for Ph.D. I did not have to apply and they will take care of everything. All because my GPA was 3.700 and I already had completed 45 UC quarter units, 60 units is Ph.D. I turned down the university’s offer because I had been poor for a long time.

When I was Manger of Policies & Procedures I also conducted Management Seminars for middle management. My retired professor was interested to participate except he could not get up that early. There was one white middle manager who was not friendly and looked down on a Chinese conducting Management Seminars. Many middle managers persuaded him to join. Once he attended one Management Semiar, his attitude changed and his behavior became favorable. I conducted Management Semiars in an open and free style; everyone was entitled to have his/her opinion right or wrong. The fame of my Managemant Seminars reached the ears of the Vice President that he also wanted to participate. But I told him that would not work: because all Middle Managers would not dare to express their opinions for fear their heads may be chopped off if they expressed a wrong opinion. A female manager expressed her opinion, I said it was primitive. She was offended. Then I explained I said her idea was primitive, I did not say her person was primitive. Intelligent answer puts people at ease and reasonable. Many middle managers flocked to my office for consultation because of my expertise and knowledge. You think it was good? When an employee stood up and shined, the executive out of envy and jealousy may want to cut him down. White supervisors had the habbit of plarying down the achievement of minority.  A black employee I knew was promoted simply because the black vice president of finance spoke up for him.

If you think you have education, expertise and knowledge, American corporations would spread out red carpet to welcome you; it is a delusion. As a minority I always had supervisors who had less education and expertise. One supervisor when he hired me did not even have a college degree. I was always underemployed and underpaid. Of all the departments, the Human Resources is the worst, incompetent and unprofessional. One HR had the gall to ask me teach them how to formulate corporate policies and develop corporate procedures. One HR threw away my master degree certificate so that when they were audited, they could justify the minority did not have a graduate degree to be promoted. I knew quite a few Chairmen, CEOs, Presidents, and many VPs. One VP called to confess he did not know the difference between policies and procedures. One VP considered to consult me would be unpleasantly condescending, so he asked his assistant to ask me if he had authority to do certan thing. I discovered even top management did not know what was management. A president managed by decree.  They did not want young, able and knowledgeable empoyees. They wanted yeoman or yes man. The no. 3 executive one entered my office with sullen face and harsh tone of voice. He challenged a certain corporate policy. I told him since he was my superior, I would do as he pleased but he must be responsible. That corporate policy was so because the U.S. government regulation that we must comply. Plan A would violate government policy. Plan B would not be good for the company in terms of management principles. After a few technical details, the man began to smile and said it was o.k. and walked away.

One executive maliciously accused me of empire building while knowing the formulation of corporate policies and development of corporate procedures, comprehensive writing, coordination and publication were all done by myself. Outsiders do not know American corporations are battlefields. Psychopathic supervisors abuse their subordinates. Even you got support from the president for a corporate project, you may not have coorperation from executives and employees. They do not want you to succeed, for success means you get more pay and promotion.

In my corporate career, however, I met one exceptionally good man, Jim King. He did something incredible from management point of view. Mr. King was a member of top management. In his staff meeting which was attended by my supervisor and others, he announced a corporate project and appointed Willie Wong to be in charge, leading the vice president of Finance, Controller, and a General Manager. It was no joke. The first time a top Excutive put a staff specialist in charge of a corporate project that three line supervisors must be under my direction and leadership. Why? Because Mr. King knew I have the expertise and ability. When the corporate project was completed, he ordered to give me a bonus of $2,000 while Uncle Sam took have of it.

I was hired by the Chinese ministry of education as professor at a national Chinese university. I told my students: On my left hand I hold a Bachelor degree, on my right hand I have a Master degree, and I owned no man one penny. In summary, even if you are poor, if you are motivated and a good worker, even earning a minum wage of $1.25, you could work your way through college, if you don’t get married, don’t borrow money, and don’t buy anything you cannot afford.

V.  Born-poor

There are many persons who are born-poor because their parents are poor and they live in poor nations.

Job 30:3, “From poverty and famine they are gaunt,

They who gnaw at the dry ground by night in waste and desolation.”

Pro 10:15, “The rich person’s wealth is his fortress,

the ruin of the poor is their poverty.

Gill’s Exposition of the Entire Bible

The rich man’s wealth is his strong city,…. What a fortified city is to persons in time of war, that is a rich man’s wealth to him; by it he can defend himself from the injuries of others, and support himself and family in times of public calamity; for money is a defence, and answers all things, Ecclesiastes 7:12. Or his wealth is so in his own apprehension and conceit; he puts his trust and confidence in it, and thinks himself safe and secure by it; when he is trusting to uncertain riches, which will fail him; these may fly away from him in life, and leave him exposed to distress and danger; and, however, will not secure him at death from the wrath of God and everlasting destruction. Or he is lifted up with his riches, is in high spirits, and despises others; thinking himself safe, as in a strong castle, and fears nothing, distresses, diseases, or death;

the destruction of the poor is their poverty: or their poverty is their consternation, as the word (h) signifies, it frightens them; they, knowing their circumstances, are afraid of everybody and of every thing; not being able to defend themselves against their enemies, or support themselves in times of public calamity, as war, famine, or pestilence.

There are too many people who are ruined by their poverty in this world.

However, I have no sympathy with those undeveloped, unmotivated, and insolvent nations whose people eat and get fat, sing and dance, drink beer, enjoy sex and produce many children they cannot support.

The leaders of Palestinian Authority should be executed because they led Palestinians to the path of poverty and destruction. Palestianians do not want to go to the lands of Arabs, for then they have to work for everything. They would rather stay in Gaza to claim the status of refugees so that they get or beg for everything free from the international community.

Pro 23:21, “For the heavy drinker and the glutton will come to poverty, and drowsiness will clothe one with rags.

They like games and sports, they do not like hard work. They are lazy and do not like labor, but beg for international aid. They have shortages of everything.

They engage in violence, and glorify in killing.

Pro 13:18, “Poverty and shame will come to one who neglects discipline, but one who complies with

rebuke will be honored.

Pro 14:23, “In all labor there is profit, but mere talk

leads only to poverty.

Benson Commentary

Proverbs 14:23In all labour there is profit, &c. — Diligent labour is the ready way to riches; but idle talking, wherein too many spend most of their precious time, will bring a man to poverty. Houbigant renders the verse, All labour will produce abundance, but garrulity nothing but want.
“Solomon here,” says Lord Bacon, as quoted by Bishop Patrick, “separates the fruit of the labour of the tongue, and of the labour of the hands; as if want was the revenue of the one, and wealth the revenue of the other. For it commonly comes to pass that they who talk liberally, boast much, and promise mighty matters, are beggars, and receive no benefit by their brags, or by any thing they discourse of. Nay, rather, for the most part, such men are not industrious and diligent in their employment; but only feed and fill themselves with words as with wind.”

Oh, jeah, they are good talkers but poor doers; global media should not give them a platform. They should never be seen on TV, those ungly people.

Pro 20:13, “Do not love sleep, or you will become poor;

Open your eyes, and you will be satisfied with food.

Gill’s Exposition of the Entire Bible

Love not sleep, lest thou come to poverty,…. Sleep is a very great natural blessing; it is a gift of God, what nature requires, and is desirable; it is to be loved, though not immoderately; it is sweet to a man, and what he should be thankful for; yet should not indulge himself in to the neglect of the proper business of life; nor to be used but at the proper time for it; for the eye is made for sight, and not for sleep only, as Aben Ezra observes, connecting the words with the preceding; and therefore should not be kept shut and inattentive to business, which must necessarily end in poverty and want; see Proverbs 6:9; and so spiritual sleep and slothfulness bring on a spiritual poverty in the souls of men, both as to the exercise of grace and the performance of duty;

open thine eyes, and thou shall be satisfied with bread; that is, open thine eyes from sleep, awake and keep so, and be sedulous and industrious in the business of thy calling; so shalt thou have a sufficiency of food for thyself and family; see Proverbs 12:11. It may be applied to awaking out of sleep in a spiritual sense, and to a diligent attendance to duty and the use of means, whereby the souls of men come to be satisfied with the goodness of the Lord, and the fatness of his house; see Ephesians 5:14.

VI. THE GRACE OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST.

2Co 8:9, “For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus

Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sake He became poor, so that you through His poverty might become rich.”

Benson Commentary

2 Corinthians 8:9For ye know — And this knowledge is the true source of love; the grace — The most sincere, most free, and most abundant love; of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich — (1st,) In the glories of the divine nature, for, (John 1:1,) the Word was God, and subsisted in the form of God, (Php 2:6,) in the most perfect and indissoluble union with his eternal Father, with whom he had glory before the world was, John 17:5; and by whom he was beloved, as the only-begotten Son, before the foundation of the world, 2 Corinthians 8:24. (2d,) In the possession of the whole creation of God, which, as it was made by him, (John 1:3,) so was made for him, (Colossians 1:16,) and he was the heir and owner of it all, Hebrews 1:2. (3d,) In dominion over all creatures; he that cometh from above, (said the Baptist, John 3:31,) is above all; Lord of all, Acts 10:36over all, God blessed for ever, Romans 9:5. All things being upheld were also governed by him, Colossians 1:17Hebrews 1:3. (4th,) In receiving glory from them all; all creatures being made, upheld, and governed by him, manifested the wisdom, power, and goodness, the holiness, justice, and grace of him, their great and glorious Creator, Preserver, and Ruler. (5th,) In receiving adoration and praise from the intelligent part of the creation, Psalm 97:7Hebrews 1:6.
For your sakes he became poor — Namely, in his incarnation: not, observe, in ceasing to be what he was, the Wisdom, Word, and Song of Solomon of God, and God, in union with his Father and the Holy Spirit; but in becoming what before he was not, namely, man; in assuming the human nature into an indissoluble and eternal union with the divine, John 1:14Hebrews 2:14Hebrews 2:16. In doing this he became poor, 1st, In putting off the form of God, and taking the form of a servant, appearing no longer as the Creator, but as a creature, veiling his perfections with our flesh, and concealing his glories from human eyes. 2d, In taking the form of a mean creature, not of an archangel or angel, (Hebrews 2:16,) but of a man; a creature formed out of the dust of the earth, and in consequence of sin returning to it; and becoming a servant to the meanest of them. I am among you, (said he;) among whom? — Among princes? No; but among fishermen; as one that serveth. 3d, In taking the form even of a sinful creature, being made in the likeness of sinful flesh, Romans 8:3. For, though without sin, he appeared as a sinner, and was treated as such. And this likeness he assumed, 4th, Not in a state of wealth, and honour, and felicity, but in a state of extreme poverty, and infamy, and suffering. 5th, In this state our sins and sorrows were imputed to him, and laid upon him, and his honour, his liberty, and his life, were taken away, in ignominy and torture.
That ye through his poverty might be made rich — It is implied here that we were poor, and could not otherwise be made rich, but may in this way. When man was first formed, he was rich in the possession of God, and of this whole visible creation. 1st, In the favour and friendship, the protection, care, and bounty of his Creator; in the knowledge, love, and enjoyment of him. All this was lost by the fall. Man became ignorant, sinful, guilty, and a child of wrath, Ephesians 2:3; deprived of the favour, exposed to the displeasure of his God, and subjected to the tyranny of his lusts and passions, and of the powers of darkness. 2d, When first made, man was the lord of this lower world; all things on this earth being put under his feet, and made subservient to his happiness. This is not the case now. The creature was made subject to vanity, and does not satisfy or make him happy while he has it, and is constantly liable to be torn from him, and in the end he is certainly stripped of all. 3d, Man has even lost himself; he is so poor as not to retain possession of his health, or strength, or body, or soul. He has contracted an immense debt, and is liable to be himself arrested and thrown into the prison of eternal destruction. His body is due to sickness, pain, and death; and his soul to the wrath of God, and is liable to be seized by Satan, the executioner of the divine wrath. Such is our natural poverty! Having forfeited all, we have nothing left, neither the Creator nor his creatures, nor even ourselves. But the Son of God came, that, having assumed our nature, taken our sins and sufferings, and paid our forfeit, we might yet be rich. 1st, In the favour of God, and all the blessed effects thereof, in time and in eternity. 2d, In being adopted into his family, born of his Spirit, and constituted his children and his heirs. 3d, In being restored to his image, and endued with the gifts and graces of his Spirit. 4th, In being admitted to an intimate union and fellowship with him. 5th, In having the use of God’s creatures restored to us, blessed and sanctified, even all things needful for life as well as godliness. 6th, In being unspeakably happy with Jesus in paradise, in the intermediate state between death and judgment. 7th, In having our bodies restored, and conformed to Christ’s glorious body, at his second coming. 8th, In being associated with all the company of heaven in the new world which the Lord will make, admitted to the vision and enjoyment of God, and the possession of all things, Revelation 21:7; — riches, honour, and felicity, unsearchable in degree, and eternal in duration! And all this we have through his poverty, through his incarnation, life, death, his resurrection, ascension, and intercession; whereby, having expiated sin, and abolished death, he hath obtained all these unspeakable blessings for such as will accept of them in the way which he hath prescribed; which is, that we acknowledge our poverty in true repentance and humiliation of soul before God, and accept of these unsearchable riches in faith, gratitude, love, and new obedience.”

Mat 5:3, “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.

Pulpit Commentary

Verse 3 – Matthew 7:27. – THE SERMON ON THE MOUNT. The following may serve as a brief summary.
1. The ideal character of his disciples (Matthew 5:3-10), which must be allowed to appear (Matthew 5:11-16).
2. The relation that they ought to hold towards the religion of the day, of which the Law was the accepted standard (Matthew 5:17 – 6:18).
(1) The fundamental principle of this relation is found in the relation which Christ himself holds towards the Law (Matthew 5:17-20).
(2) Their relation further defined by illustrations taken from the religion of the day, as this is seen in –
(a) Cases deduced directly from the Law (Matthew 5:21-48).
(b) Cases not so deduced (Matthew 6:1-18).
3. General principles regarding –
(1) Their relation to wealth. They must remember that only the single eye receives the light (Matthew 6:19-31).
(2) Their relation to men. They must remember the dangers of differentiating others. They must treat them as they would themselves be treated (Matthew 7:1-12).
4. Epilogue (Matthew 7:13-27). A call to decision and independence of walk (Matthew 7:13-23). Assent is useless if it becomes not action (Matthew 7:24-27). There is little doubt that the two accounts (here and Luke 6.) represent one and the same discourse, the main arguments for this belief being thus given by Ellicott (‘Hist. Lects.,’ p. 179): “That the beginning and end of the Sermon are nearly identical in both Gospels; that the precepts, as recited by St. Luke, are in the same general order as those in St. Matthew, and that they are often expressed in nearly the same words; and lastly, that each Evangelist specifies the same miracle, viz. the healing of the centurion’s servant, as having taken place shortly after the Sermon, on our Lord’s entry into Capernaum.” Verses 3-16. – 1. The ideal character of his disciples. Verse 3. – Blessed (μακάριοι); Vulgate, beati; hence “Beatitudes.” The word describes “the poor in spirit,” etc., not as recipients of blessing (εὐλογημένοι) from God, or even from men, but as possessors of “happiness” (cf. the Authorized Version of John 13:17, and frequently). It describes them in reference to their inherent state, not to the gifts or the rewards that they receive. It thus answers in thought to the common אשׁרי of the Old Testament; e.g. 1 Kings 10:8Psalm 1:1Psalm 32:1Psalm 84:5. Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs, is the kingdom of heaven. The first Beatitude is the sum and substance of the whole sermon. Poverty of spirit stands in contrast to self sufficiency (Revelation 3:17) and as such is perhaps the quality which is most of all opposed to the Jewish temper in all ages (cf. Romans 2:17-20). For in this, as in much else, the Jewish nation is the type of the human race since the Fall. Observe that vers. 3, 4 (οἱ πτωχοί οἱ πενθοῦντες, possibly also ver. 5, vide infra) recall Isaiah 61:1, 2. As recently in the synagogue at Nazareth (Luke 4:18, 19), so also here, he bases the explanation of his work on the prophecy of that work in the Book of Isaiah. The poor (οἱ πτωχοί). Πτωχός, in classical and philosophical usage, implies a lower degree of poverty than πένης (2 Corinthians 9:9 and LXX.). “The πένης may be so poor that he earns his bread by daily labour; but the πτωχός is so poor that he only obtains his living by begging The τένης has nothing superfluous, the πτωχός nothing at all” (Trench, ‘Syn.,’ § 36.). Hence Tertullian (‘Adv. Marc.,’ 4:14; cf. 15)purposely altered Beati pauperes of the Old Latin to Beati mendici, and elsewhere (‘De Idol.,’ 12) rendered it by egeni. But in Hellenistic Greek, so far as the usage of the LXX. and the Hexapla goes (vide Hatch, ‘Biblical Greek,’ p. 73), the distinction seems hardly to hold good. Hatch even infers – on, we think, very insufficient premisses – that these two words, with τακεινός and πραύς (but vide infra), designate the poor of an oppressed country, i.e. the peasantry, the fellahin of Palestine as a class, and he considers it probable that this special meaning underlies the use of the words in these verses. Whether this be the case or not, the addition of τῷ πνεύματι completely excludes the supposition that our Lord meant to refer to any merely external circumstances. In spirit; Matthew only (τῷ πνεύματι). Dative of sphere (cf. Matthew 11:291 Corinthians 7:341 Corinthians 14:20Romans 12:11). James 2:5 (τοὺς πτωχοὺς τῷ κόσμω) forms an apparent rather than a real contrast; for the dative there marks, not the sphere in which, but the object with reference to which, the poverty is felt (“the poor as to the world,” Revised Version; Wiesinger in Huther), or possibly the object which is the standard of comparison, i.e. in the judgment of the world (Winer, § 31:4, a). Christ here affirms the blessedness of those who are in their spirit absolutely devoid of wealth. It cannot mean that they are this in God’s opinion, for in God’s opinion all are so. It means, therefore, that they are this in their own opinion. While many feel in themselves a wealth of soul-satisfaction, these do not, but realize their insufficiency. Christ says that they realize this “in (their) spirit;” for the spirit is that part of us which specially craves for satisfaction, and which is the means by which we lay hold of true satisfaction. The actual craving for spiritual wealth is not mentioned in this verse. It is implied, but direct mention of it comes partly in ver. 4, and especially in ver. 6. For theirs. Emphatic, as in all the Beatitudes (αὐτῶν αὐτοί,). Is. Not hereafter (Meyer), but even already. The kingdom of heaven (vide note, p. 150). The poor in spirit already belong to and have a share in that realm of God which now is realized chiefly in relation to our spirit, but ultimately will be realized in relation to every element of our nature, and to all other persons, and to every part, animate and inanimate, of the whole world. Matthew 5:3.”

Mat 11:5, “those who are BLIND RECEIVE SIGHT

and those who limp walk, those with leprosy are cleansed and those who are deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the POOR HAVE THE GOSPEL

PREACHED TO THEM.”

Gill’s Exposition of the Entire Bible

The blind receive their sight,…. Our Lord here, has reference to several prophecies concerning the Messiah, in Isaiah 35:6 and which having their accomplishment in him, John and his disciples might easily and strongly conclude, that he was he that was to come, and that they should not look for another. The several things here mentioned, were not all done at this time, but were what these disciples had sufficient and authentic evidence of; sight was restored to the blind before them then; and no doubt they were informed of the two blind men, that had their eyes opened, Matthew 9:30

and the lame walk; as did the man sick of the palsy, who was brought to him on a bed, carried by four men, but went away himself, with his bed upon his shoulders, Matthew 9:2

the lepers are cleansed: as the poor man was, that was full of leprosy, and who was cured by Christ, by touching him, Matthew 8:3

and the deaf hear; as did the man, into whose ears Christ put his fingers and said, Ephphatha, be opened, Mark 7:33

and the dead are raised: as were Jairus’s daughter, Matthew 9:18 and the widow’s son of Nain, Luke 7:15

and the poor have the Gospel preached them; by “the poor” are meant, either the preachers of the Gospel; for so the words may be rendered, “the poor preach the Gospel”: and such were the apostles of Christ; they were poor with respect to the things of this world; they were chiefly fishermen; and, with respect to human literature, they were unlearned men, had no stock or furniture of acquired learning, and were mean, abject, and contemptible, in the sight and opinion of men; and yet Christ called, qualified, and sent them forth to preach the Gospel. Or else, the hearers of it are designed; who were also the poor of this world, made a very low figure in life, and had but a small share of knowledge and understanding, and so were despised, and reckoned as cursed by the Scribes and Pharisees: or they were such, who were poor in spirit, or spiritually poor; who saw their spiritual poverty, bewailed and acknowledged it, and sought after the true riches of grace, and glory in Christ. Now these, as they had the Gospel preached to them more fully and clearly, with more power and authority, and so as it never was before or since, so they “received” it, as Tremellius from the Syriac reads the text, readily and willingly, joyfully and gladly, with faith and love; and were, as it may be also rendered, “evangelized” by it, or thrown into a gospel mould and frame: which may be said to be done, when a man has a spirit of liberty, in opposition to a spirit of bondage; when he lives by faith on Christ alone; when his comforts do not spring from his works, but from Christ; when the love and grace of God influence his repentance and obedience; when a man has a spirit of meekness and of love to the saints, is of a forbearing and forgiving spirit: when he is desirous of performing all duties both to God and man, and yet depends upon none of them, but upon Christ alone, for salvation.

That is the reason I insist to preach the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ absolutely free.

Mar 10:21, “Looking at him, Jesus showed love to him and said to him, “One thing you lack: go and sell all you possess and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.”

Gill’s Exposition of the Entire Bible

Then Jesus, beholding him, loved him,…. Not as God, with that special love, with which he loves his people, who were given him by the Father, are redeemed by his blood, whom he calls by his grace, justifies by his righteousness, forgives their iniquities, and, at last, glorifies: but as man, he had an human affection for him; so far as there was any appearance of moral good in him, it was agreeable to him, who loves righteousness, and hates iniquity; and though the young man betrayed much vanity, pride, and conceit, he did not use him roughly, but kindly, and tenderly; he beheld him, he looked wistly upon him, when he said the above words; which look intimated, that he could not believe he had perfectly, and completely kept all the commandments; however, he did not choose to reproach him with a lie, and charge him with pride and arrogance, but gave him good words, and spoke friendly to him; and, as far as he could, commended him for his diligence in observing the commands: in this sense the word is observed to be used by the Septuagint interpreters, as when it is said of Ahab, 2 Chronicles 18:2, that he “persuaded him” (Jehoshaphat), they render it, “he loved him to go up to Ramoth Gilead”: he gave him good words, he spake friendly to him, and by fair speeches prevailed upon him: and so when it said of the Israelites, Psalm 78:36; “they did flatter him”, (God,) they render it, “they loved him with their mouth”; spoke very well to him, and of him, praised him, and his works, and in this way expressed affection to him, though it was only with their mouths. Moreover, Christ might not only speak kindly to this young man, but he might make use of some external gesture: which showed an human affection to him, and respect for him. Dr, Lightfoot conjectures it might be by kissing his head, which might be conveniently done, as he was now on his knees; and since this was frequently used by the Jewish doctors, as an expression of respect, of which he gives various instances; and more might be added, especially out of the book of Zohar, where we often read of one Rabbi kissing the head or another, or of his pupil. But the sense of this phrase, which pleases me best of all, is what may be collected from the use of it among the “seventy” interpreters, who often render the Hebrew which signifies to “have compassion”, or “show pity”, by the word here used: so Proverbs 28:13, “whoso confesseth and forsaketh, shall have mercy”, they interpret “shall be loved” and Hosea 2:23, “I will have mercy on her that had not obtained mercy”, they render “l will love her that was not beloved”; once more, Zechariah 10:6. “I will bring them again to place them, for I have mercy upon them”, they translate , “because I have loved them”; see also Isaiah 60:10 and then, according to this use of the word, the sense is, that Jesus looked upon him when he expressed himself in such a pert manner, and had a compassionate concern for him; he pitied him for his ignorance of the law, in its spirituality and large extent; for his pride and vanity, his conceit of, and glorying in himself: wherefore, in order to mortify him, and abate these swelling thoughts of himself;

he said unto him, one thing thou lackest; before which last clause the Ethiopic version puts this, “if thou wilt be perfect”, out of Matthew 19:21, see the note there: and the Coptic version, and two of Stephens’s copies read it before the following,

go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven; and come, take up the cross, and follow me. This young man’s reigning sin seems to have been an overweening affection for the things of this world; his riches were his idol, on which his heart was set, and in which he trusted: wherefore he was so far from keeping all the commandments, that he had not kept the first; “thou shalt have no other gods before me”: there was more than one thing wanting in him, but Christ takes notice of this as the first; and there was no need to mention any other; this touched him sensibly, and fully tried, and sufficiently exposed the vanity of his boasted perfection. That clause, “take up the cross”, is omitted in the Vulgate Latin version, as it is not mentioned by Matthew. The Ethiopic version reads it, “the cross of thy death”, and places it before, “come and follow me”; as do also the Syriac and Persic versions; but the Arabic reads it last of all; See Gill on Matthew 19:21.”

Mat 19:21, “Jesus said to him, “If you want to be complete, go and sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.”

Ellicott’s Commentary for English Readers

  •  Jesus said unto him . . .—St. Mark (Mark 10:21) adds the striking and interesting words, “Jesus beholding him” (better, perhaps, gazing on him), “loved him.” There was something in the young seeker after holiness which drew to him, in a measure altogether exceptional, the affection of the Great Teacher. The same word is used in regard to him which is used in relation to the “disciple whom Jesus loved,” and (here the coincidence takes its place in the chain of evidence for the view above suggested) to Lazarus, and Martha, and Mary (John 11:5). There was the fervour, the longing after a higher life, the personal trust, which made him a not unworthy object of the love of Jesus, and therefore He would not spare the discipline which the questioner needed, the test which, being such as he was, was required for the completeness of his life.

If thou wilt be perfect.—Better, if thou wishest. St. Mark and St. Luke report the words, “One thing thou lackest,” reminding us forcibly of the “One thing is needful” of Luke 10:42. (See Note on Matthew 19:16.)

Go and sell that thou hast.—It would be altogether a mistake to see in this either an obligation binding on all seekers after eternal life, or even what has been called a “counsel of perfection,” a precept laying down an indispensable condition for all who aim at its higher forms and powers. It was strictly a remedy for the special evil which hindered the young ruler’s progress to perfection, applicable to others so far only as their cases are analogous. It would be idle to deny that there have been and are many such analogous types of character, and so far as any one is conscious of being under the power of wealth and its temptations, so far there is a call to some act asserting his victory over those temptations, in the spirit, if not in the letter, of the command thus given. But it is, we must remember, the spirit, and not the letter, which is binding. Distribution to the poor was then almost the only form of charity. A wider range of action is presented by the organisation of modern Christian societies, and the same sacrifice may be made in ways more productive of true and permanent good; in the foundation, e.g., of schools or hospitals, in the erection of churches, in the maintenance of home or foreign missions.

Treasure in heaven.—The parallelism with the Sermon on the Mount should not be forgotten (5:20). The “treasure” is the “eternal life” which the young ruler was seeking, the memory of good deeds, the character formed and perfected, the vision of the presence of God.

Come and follow me.—Here again St. Mark adds words that are pregnant with meaning, “Take up thy cross, and follow Me.” The seeker could not then understand all their significance. To the Teacher that cross was now coming, day by day, nearer, and He saw that each true disciple must be prepared to follow Him in that path of suffering, which was also the path of glory. “Via cruris, via lucis.

You have learned from the Scriptures that you can become rich in Jesus Christ. Just to mention a few: to have eternal life and inherit the Kingdom of Heaven are the things beyond the richest and most powerful men on earth can have. But you must not neglect so great a salvation. You can repent of your sins and believe in the Lord Jesus as your God and Savior. You can do it now, for now is the day of salvation.

Peace 2025 is seriously flawed because mediating Arabs and terrorist Hamas released a few Israel hostages (not all) and some are dead. Hamas even released dead bodies who are not Jewish hostages. Hamas has reached the height of wickedness. People of evil relgion have no qualm to do any evil. Israel released nearly 2,000 Palestinian prisoners in good health. All murderous and abusive Hamas must be killed. Terrorists must be destroyed without mercy because they show mercy.

Peoples of undeveloped, violent, unmotivated, insolvent, useless nations should not access to world media, should not attend any international meeting, should not receive any international aid.

On October 1, 2025 I urge the Hong Kong government and people to start de-Britishlization of Hong Kong names of streets and roads. For example, Victoria Peak should be changed to Dengxiaping Peak; Queen’s Road should be changed to Maozedong Road, etc.

It is laughable that a black politician made a statement on TV, “Africa cannot develop without fossil fuel.” What Africa does not have, can make long laundry list. Years ago when China was poor and did not have anything. Did America and Europe give aid? In fact to these days they are the biggest enemies of China, oppressors, trouble makers, diplomatic obstructionists and military aggressors. In America, the elderlies have to make a choice between taking a meal and medications. They cost $25 each; to have a meal they cannot afford to have medications. The electric bills are so high, even though they have heaters and air conditioners, they die in Summer and Winter. Every year I lectured at major Chinese universities and vacationed in China for 3 weeks when I worked for an American corporation. I noticed my electric bill did not go down even I was out of the country for 3 weeks. The female representative of Edison Power had the gall to say they do not charge customers by usage.

Africa has done nothing to deserve a large coverage by world media. Civil wars, conflicts, protests and constant shortages should be ignored. Undeveloped nations have no hope because of their corrupt leaders and politicians, their peoples are lazy and unproductive. They glorify tribalism, barbarianism and primitive behavior. They dislike work, like games and sports although sports produce nothing. They have civil wars, conflicts, tensions, gangs and terrorists, violence, man-made and natural disasters. They eat and get fat, sing and dance, drink beer and have sex, produce so many unwanted children they cannot support. These useless, ugly, immoral and unworthy peoples do not deserve any humanitarian aid. Ten or more years from now they will get worse and worse.

Is there any future or hope for America when the President, the Congress and the Supreme Court do not uphold the law by deporting 45 million illegal aliens already residing in America on welfare and let hordes of unlawful migrants enter boldly and freely to ruin America???

This is the voice of an old dying American in the wilderness who does not seek money or power.

  1.  The new President must attack Mexico militarily for violating American sovereignty, being the conduit of unlawful migrants for years AND drugs trafficking. Drop a few bombs on Mexico City may be a good start.
  2.  Deport 45 million illegal aliens already residing in America and use military to prevent invasion of hordes of illegal migrants from entering the United States and reject all asylum seekers. Build walls and militarize the borders for safety and security.
  3. Mexico threatens loss of US 400,000 jobs, US by canceling NAFTA will cost  Mexico 4 million jobs.
  4. Use military to repel unlawful migrants and shoot at migrants who cut the fence or destroy the wall.
  5. Withdraw support from Ukraine, END the war, and execute the Ukraine leader for war crimes and corruption.
  6. Enact the law to require citizenship to apply for welfare, and all welfare recipients must work to get benefits.
  7. Annihilate Iran, terrorists Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis; and force Palestinians to evacuate from the Jewish lands and go to lands of Arabs.
  8. America has been playing the fool so long, of course America must be FIRST for America.
  9. Former imperialists and colonialists must pay compensations to their former colonies. African nations are big talkers but small doers. Africa must be self-sufficient and receive no aid.
  10. A nation has no reason to exist if it does not have water, food and fuel and basic infrastructure.
  11. It is strangest that UN, WHO, ICC (International Criminal Court) etc. Speak and Support terrorists HAMAS, HEZBOLLAH and HOUTHIS.
  12. It is a felony to harbor, hire or help unlawful migrants or illegal aliens.

Is there any future or hope for the world where the terrorists Hamas, Hezbollah and Houthis make demands and UN, WHO, EU, all Arab-Muslim-Black nations serve and support them willingly?

America and EU can change the world by changing course, cease all hostilities against Russia and China, like President Nixon sought a just and lasting peace for the world. I believe the overwhelming majority of Americans want this.

I propose the world to impose a moratorium of 20 years on the undeveloped, unproductive, insufficient and useless nations. No matter what internal conflict and tensions, civil war and war with neighbors, coups d’etat, famine, drought, or man-made disasters, the international community will not interfere. Moratorium means no communication, no diplomacy and no aid in whatever form. After 20-year of burning themselves out, many nations will vanish, and those who do well will survive. That is when the international community can help those nations who really want to become decent and respectable and responsible nations.

Deliberation has been long and covered all pertinent and contingent factors involved in order to come to conclusion to SAVE AMERICA from destruction and decay. AMERICA needs to cut off the two continents of Africa and Latin America:  NO TRADE, NO DIPLOMACY, NO POSTAL SERVICES, NO NEWS, NO COMMUNICATIONS, NO BANKING TRANSACTION, NO RELATIONSHIP, NO AID, AND NO ENTRY TO THE U.S.

  1. America declares no immigration, no assylum application, no entry from African and Latin American peoples.
  2. Build the great wall secure and strong along Mexican borders and maintain military action to deter and stop illegal migrations from Mexico, via land, sea or air.
  3. Expell all personnels from African and Latin American embassies and consulates located in America.
  4. Deport illegal aliens 45 million already residing in America and most of them on welfare. Deport unlawful migrants of Latin America to Mexico, those who are not Mexicans can find their ways home. If Mexico refuses, bomb and attack them. Deport all unlawful Africans back to Africa. Designate one African nation to receive deportees by airplanes.
  5. Reform the welfare system that all applicants require to be American citzens and require work to get their benefits.
  6. Leave Africa and Latin America alone, let them do or die.
  7. Iran is a terrorist nation, its nuclear facilities sooner or later should be destroyed completely. Apparently, last time bombing did not do a good job.
  8. Terrorists Hamas, Hezebollah and Houthis should be destroyed completely. Palestinians should be forced out of Gaza.

African, Arab, and Muslim nations should have no part in reconstruction of Gaza.
