This article is written to let you know that we are in the last days, the state of the world is very, very bad because it is most dangerous and perilous.
The last days of the world are characterized by devoid of truth, integrity, and justice. You look everywhere in the world you cannot find TRUTH, INTEGRITY, JUSTICE.
Worst of all, above all, those that claim to be Christian nations, are devoid of Truth, Integrity, and Justice.
2Ti 3:1-14, “But KNOW this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts, always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Now as Jannes and Jambres resisted Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, disapproved concerning the faith; but they will progress no further, for their folly will be manifest to all, as theirs also was. But you have carefully followed my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, love, perseverance, persecutions, afflictions, which happened to me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra—what persecutions I endured. And out of them all the Lord delivered me. Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. Note: Know this! You may know many unimportant things. If you do not know this, your knowledge is vain and useless. “But KNOW this, that in the last days PERILOUS times will come.” Perilous in Greek is chalepos which means fierce; dangerous; hard to bear; troublesome; harsh; savage; difficult; furious; grievous; oppressive; annoying; hazardous; full of peril; parlous; – which occurs 2 times in the New Testament.
Alas! Alas! Alas! The world has lost truth and integrity. There are no more truth and integrity in the world! You cannot find national leaders and politicians who have truth and integrity. You cannot find business that has truth and integrity! What is worse, many businesses not only they have no honor, they have no shame.
Isa 1:4, “Alas, sinful nation, People weighed down with iniquity,
Offspring of evildoers, Sons who act corruptly!
They have abandoned the LORD, They have despised the Holy One of Israel, They have turned away from Him.”
Eze 30:2, “Son of man, prophesy and say, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD,
“Wail, ‘Alas for the day!’ Alas for the day means the day is evil.
Who can live in this evil day?”
What do we mean by the world? Mat 16:26, “For what good will it do a person if he gains the whole world, but forfeits his soul? Or what will a person give in exchange for his soul?”
You do not have a rosy picture of the world today. It is so bad that there is no truth and integrity in many nations. The enemies of truth are controlling and censoring my website so that I am not free to speak and proclaim the truth and nothing but the truth in my website. So far I cannot find a free website with freedom of the speech. The state of the world is bad, very bad, and very very bad.

Peoples of the last days (which is today) have the following characters and characteristics as it is written:

10. Irreconcilable
11. Malicious gossips
12. Without self-control

15. Treacherous
16. Reckless
17. Conceited
18. Lovers of pleasure
Three kinds of lovers: lovers of self, lovers of money, and lovers of pleasure characterize the problems of the last days and compound many unprecedented problems the world is facing. Most of the crimes committed today are caused by these three kinds of lovers. Do you know that Lucifer fell because of his
self-centeredness?

The state of the world is not good, no matter from what aspect you look at it. It is very, very bad and evil.
I. THE WORLD IS IN CRISIS
Luk 21:25-26, “There will be signs in the sun and moon and stars, and on the earth distress among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the waves, people fainting from fear and the expectation of the things that are coming upon the world; for the powers of the Heavens will be shaken.”
The state of the world: on the earth distress among nations. Distress in Greek is synochē which means anguish; metaphorically straits; restraint; anxiety; pain and suffering; trouble; – which occurs 2 times in the New Testament.
What is a crisis? This is my own definition.
Crisis is the decisive moment, an undesirable, uncontrollable, unwanted, or crucial time or state of affairs in which a situation that has reached a critical phase or point of no return, the outcome is only disaster or destruction.
Every crisis is a timed bomb. Every timed bomb is bound to explode.
The world’s crisis consists of the following:
1. Famine and food shortage
2. Civil wars
3. Climate change
4. Overpopulation
5. Western wars and interventions create refugees
6. Public health crisis
7. Water shortage
8. Illegal migrants
9. Nuclear proliferation
10. Corrupt and bad governments
11. Islamic terrorism
12. Divisiveness among nations and inside nations
13. Social disintegration
If the undeveloped nations and peoples continue the culture of decay and destruction and inflict themselves with civil wars, corruption, laziness, unproductivity, irresponsibility, and lack of motivation, don’t expect they will receive aid from other countries and peoples.
Why European and American leaders do not realize or admit their historical imperialism, colonialism and capitalism are not compatible with Christianity? There are secularists who are self-claimed Christians and defend and apologize for the evil deeds of American imperialism, colonialism and capitalism.
II. THE TWO CAMPS
Due to the divisive and destabilizing work of America and Europe (UK, NATO, AUKUS, EU, G-7, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.) and Japan, the world is separated into two camps. The camp one represented by the U.S. and its allies; the other camp led by the United Nations, including Russia, China, and most members of the free world.
I agree with Harry Ironside, “The greatest mistake any Christian can make is to substitute his own will for the will of God.” The person who substitutes his own will for the will of God involves self-deception and conceit.
It was William Law who said, “Self is the root, the tree, and the branches of all the evils of our fallen state.” What Law said rightly applies to America, UK, EU, G-7, AUKUS, France, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Japan.
Henry Ward Beecher said something incredibly correct, “Selfishness is that detestable vice who no one will forgive in others, and no one is without himself.”
I agree with Socrates, “He who is not contented with what he has, would not be contented with what he would like to have.” Godliness with contentment is a great gain for every Christian.
I agree with Benjamin Franklin, “Money has never made man happy, nor will it, there is nothing in its nature to produce happiness. The more of it one has the more one wants.”
In the last days, the world is dominated by people who are lovers of self, lovers of money, and lovers of pleasure. Just one example, in the midst of CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC, you see many men and women go to the beach and have pleasure to display their bodies.
It is more real than the so-called The Thucydides Trap. The devil can enter the heart of an evildoer without his knowledge. Jhn 13:2, “And during supper, the devil having already put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon, to betray Him.” The devil put into the heart of Judas the traitor to betray Jesus. Watching the words and deeds of many Western leaders and politicians for so long, you wonder if the devil has put into their hearts to do evil things. If they start a nuclear war against Russia and China, then you know for sure what the devil has put it into their hearts.
This is the clear answer why the United States Must Not Have War With China. The numbers are against the United States. The stars of Heaven are against America.
III. AMERICA IN CRISIS
America is the most mismanaged country in the world. It would be voluminous to record all the cases of mismanagement politically, diplomatically, strategically, financially, economically, educationally, medically, departmentally, militarily, and trade.

Let God’s Word be the final warning. I am afraid American leaders will not listen because they have no fear of God. Only President Richard Nixon had the right vision for America and the world because Nixon did not seek world domination, he sought a just and lasting peace. After Nixon, there has not been one president who leads the nation to the right path.
Luk 6:41-42,“Why do you look at the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother: Brother, let me take out the speck that is in your eye, when you yourself do not see the log that is in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take out the speck that is in your brother’s eye.”
Billy Graham had been known as the counselor and preacher of American presidents. However, Billy Graham was not John the Baptist, as far as I know, he did not and no American preacher had face to face pointed to the American presidents their sins of committing war crimes and atrocities in many parts of the world. I believe the reason was almost all American preachers were inflicted by Americanism and blinded by patriotism that they could not see any wrong done by America. I recall a white missionary from South Africa who told me the Blacks in Africa were like the Amalekites and the Canaanites in the Promised Land, it was justified to kill them. Oh, what a white man’s gospel!
An Open Letter to President Bush, and leaders and American people, see America Is Committing Suicide; if God is going to judge and punish America, God will not require their blood at my hand. A false American prophet used to say, “Something good is going to happen to you!” Because he was a preacher of false gospel and he wanted money from the American audience and even used the name of Jesus in vain. Unless some greater wisdom prevails, we could spin toward conflict with China, first economically, then geopolitically and militarily, with utter disaster for all. There will be no winners in such a conflict. Yet such is the profound shallowness and corruption of US politics today that we are on such a path.
A trade war with China won’t solve our economic problems. Instead we need homegrown solutions: affordable health care, better schools, modernized infrastructure, higher minimum wages and a crackdown on corporate greed. In the process, we would also learn that we have far more to gain through cooperation with China rather than reckless and unfair provocation.”

The US Constitution needs to be revised. The change is to stipulate that the national sovereignty is vested in the hands of American citizens. American citizens have the final say on every vital issue and important matters of the nation. National referendum is the real democracy in action. Unlike the democracy and national referendum in Taiwan which is phony and not worth mentioning. American leaders and politicians are afraid of changing the U.S. Constitution to stipulate that sovereignty is vested in the hands of American citizens because in that way American leaders and politicians will lose their monopoly of power. When and where 51% of Americans cast their votes of no confidence in the president or any high ranking official, they can be removed automatically without going through the useless process of impeachment. The majority of American citizens are empowered to make decision of national importance. For example, if 51% of American voters decide to abandon empire, the American foreign policy can be changed overnight, all American troops stationed overseas, aircraft carriers, warships, destroyers, bombers, spy plans, etc. can be withdrawn at once.
Anti-Asian racism rises with the increasing present day U.S. aggression toward China. The whole America already knows that Blacks attack and kill Asian Americans. It seems the Western mainstream media is not interested to report on the criminals and terrorists. It seems the police is not interested to arrest the criminals and terrorists. It seems the government is not interested to arrest and prosecute the criminals and terrorists for murders and hate crimes. What is wrong with America?

I was a product of American dream. I used to earn $1.25 an hour; I worked my way through college; earned B.A. and Master’s degree without debt. But I am telling you the American dream is dead, no one can work the minimum wage through college because the costs of living and education are too high.

President Joseph Robinette Biden just unveiled the latest move in his quest to transform the US economy to boost working Americans rather than the wealthy. His $2 trillion infrastructure plan follows a $1.9 trillion Covid rescue program that doubles as a bid to lift millions of Americans out of poverty, and will soon be followed by a jobs initiative that could also hit the trillion dollar mark. If he can force all this into law, Biden will lay claim to a spot in the Democratic pantheon alongside Franklin Roosevelt and Lyndon Johnson who used vast government power to reorient the economy and benefit the poor with their New Deal and Great Society programs.
The President complained as he unveiled his plan in Pittsburgh — the kind of gritty blue collar city he loves — that the top 1% saw their wealth rise by $4 trillion during the pandemic while millions of Americans lost jobs. “Just goes to show you how distorted and unfair our economy has become,” Biden said. “Wasn’t always this way. Well, it’s time to change that.”
Biden wants to do more than repair America’s crumbling roads, bridges and airports. He proposes $300 billion to boost manufacturing. Another $400 billion would fund care services for the aged and disabled. There’s $100 billion each to replace lead water pipes, build new public schools and get every citizen access to broadband. Biden plans to create good paying jobs with a $600 billion payout for highways, railroads and bridge repair. And he aims to pay for all this by raising the corporate tax rates that Donald Trump slashed to 21% to 28% and with various other taxes on big business.
It will be a huge lift to get it all through Congress. Republicans are likely to oppose the bill en masse as too expensive, as they try to deny the new Democratic President another political triumph. A 50-50 Senate is a tricky obstacle and some Democrats are already griping that another $2 trillion in government spending isn’t enough.”
America is unfair in income

Around 30% of American workers make less than $10.10 per hour. That creates an income below the federal poverty level. These are the people who wait on you every day. They include cashiers, fast food workers, and nurse’s aides, and maybe even you.”
I suspect income inequality is a world-wide injustice, probably America is more apparent.
Even as Biden has announced U.S. forces will leave Afghanistan after twenty years, the conflict won’t end for Afghans anytime soon. With Afghan partners likely to bear the brunt of future Taliban advances, how can Washington protect those who have risked their lives for a more equitable, democratic homeland?

Not only was the defendant Brock Turner outrageously under sentenced, but it was because of his privilege: as a man, white and upper class status that he got the sentence he did. What this case demonstrated is that what is supposed to be a fair justice system is actually corrupt and the racism, classism and sexism that we have tried to eliminate are still very prominent issues.”
“As a young industrial power, the United States suffered from levels of political corruption commonly associated today with impoverished nations in the developing world. This is among the findings of a new working paper co-written by Harvard Law School Professor Matthew Stephenson ’03 and California State Supreme Court Justice and Stanford Professor Mariano-Florentino Cuellar tentatively titled “Taming Systemic Corruption: The American Experience and its Implications for Contemporary Debates,” which chronicles the history of corruption in the United States between 1865 and 1941.
Stephenson has explored corruption in other countries for many years. Six years ago, he launched “The Global Anticorruption Blog,” which is devoted to promoting analysis and discussion of the problem of corruption around the world. In 2017, he organized a conference at HLS on populist plutocrats to stimulate more systematic and rigorous research on this political phenomenon.
In an interview with Harvard Law Today, Stephenson explained why corruption flourished in the U.S. for so long, how it was largely vanquished by reformers, and why we should be worried about its return.

“In an unguarded moment, NATO’s secretary-general Jens Stoltenberg let the cat out of the bag when he described the rise of China as both a challenge and “an opportunity”. What he was admitting unintentionally is that a confrontational policy toward China gives the military alliance some badly needed new purpose.
Stoltenberg was giving an exclusive interview to Deutsche Welle to mark the first ministerial NATO summit attended by the Biden administration. The two-day summit held on March 23-24 at NATO headquarters in Brussels involved in-person participation of U.S. secretary of state Antony Blinken as well as other foreign ministers of the 30-nation military alliance.
The NATO meeting comes as the United States and its European allies are ramping up a coordinated policy of sanctions against China and Russia over alleged human rights issues. This week saw an unprecedented coordination by the U.S., Canada, Britain and the European Union in implementing new sanctions against Beijing and Moscow. It is no coincidence that this provocative development comes after high-profile international meetings, both in-person and via videoconferencing, by the Biden administration calling for allies to adopt a more adversarial and unified position toward China and Russia.
The Biden administration has changed tack from the predecessor Trump “America First” policy to vigorously advocate for a “revitalized” transatlantic relationship. Washington views a more unified U.S.-Europe axis as a more effective strategic way to challenge China and Russia. And NATO is providing a renewed coordinating vehicle.
Whenever white supremacists say about ”the global balance of power”, they simply means the US and EU dictate and dominate the world.
“The United States in pursuit of global dominance by its corporations and its capitalist order must, by definition, thwart a multi-polar global political economy which the rise of China and Russia embody.
The fiendish political problem, however, is that Washington and its European surrogates cannot justify such a stance based on the normal and natural relations that exist. For in doing that, they would be seen as obnoxious, unwarranted aggressors. It is imperative therefore to conflate China and Russia as “security threats” to the presumed Western “rules-based order”.
Never mind that the Western “rules-based order” has seen NATO powers trashing rules and order by invading countries all around the world, waging criminal wars and subversions, killing millions of people and unleashing terrorism and other security threats stemming from collapsing nations and mass migration.
Forget about China, or Russia, being an alleged threat. They are in actual fact an “opportunity” for NATO and U.S. imperialism, which the alliance ultimately serves, to find an excuse for their criminal existence and conduct. Just ask the secretary-general Jens Stoltenberg (who, as the jokes goes, is more secretary than he is general).”

“Now that the US is ending its involvement in Afghanistan, Gideon Rachman writes for the Financial Times that threats posed by Russia and China loom as possible flash points that Washington, in particular, would have to deal with, were they to erupt in conflict.
As Russia masses troops on Ukraine’s eastern border, Rachman writes of growing concern that Moscow could launch an invasion, though no one knows what Russian President Vladimir Putin’s aims are. At the same time, similar fears are developing over Taiwan. “Last week, China sent a record number of military jets into Taiwan’s air defense identification zone,” Rachman writes. “… As the Chinese Communist party prepares to celebrate the centenary of its foundation later this year, President Xi Jinping may be looking for a triumph.”
Rhetoric from both Moscow and Beijing is getting more “warlike,” Rachman writes, noting suspicions that the two could be cooperating in their provocations, tacitly or otherwise. We can count Atlantic Council President and CEO Frederick Kempe as among those worried; Kempe writes that the common interest of Russia and China has become more apparent, warning of a “nightmare scenario of global consequence.” The US, Rachman notes, has offered vague indications that it would defend both Ukraine and Taiwan if they were attacked, but it has stopped short of making those promises explicit, so it’s not clear how Washington would respond if either front heated up further.
Still, Rachman isn’t convinced that either Russia or China would start a war. “[E]ven the most confident and nationalistic officials in Beijing and Moscow will still be conscious of the risks of head-on confrontation over Taiwan and Ukraine,” he writes. “The likelihood is that Russia and China will continue to use ‘grey zone’ tactics that stop just short of all-out conflict. As America discovered in Afghanistan, it is much easier to start a war than to control its outcome.”

“When American leaders call COVID-19 the “China virus,” it harkens back to decades of state-sanctioned discrimination against Asian Americans.
In the months since the coronavirus pandemic began, thousands of Asians in the U.S. have become targets of harassment and assault. The racist incidents began as the first cases of coronavirus spread across China last December and disinformation reigned. As infections appeared in the U.S., President Trump repeatedly referred to COVID-19 as the “China virus” and “Chinese flu,” and pushed a disproved theory that it had originated in a Chinese lab. By April an IPSOS poll found that three in 10 Americans blamed China or Chinese people for the virus.
For Asians in America, there is a new tension to daily life. Asian businesses and property have been vandalized with racist tags. Random individuals have been physically assaulted, verbally harassed, and shunned across the country. There’s no official tally for how many incidents have occurred, but in late March, California Congresswoman Judy Chu estimated 100 hate crimes were being committed against Asian Americans each day.
This fear isn’t new. In the past century and a half, the United States has made laws and national policies out of discrimination against ethnic groups, from the Chinese Exclusion Act to Japanese internment during World War II. Historians and activists fear that today’s targeted political rhetoric and harassment mirrors moments in U.S. history when racism became state-sanctioned.
In mid-February, when there was only a single confirmed case of coronavirus in Los Angeles, a 16-year-old student was accused by another student of bringing the virus into his school from China. When he replied that he wasn’t Chinese, his classmate punched him in the head 20 times. He ended up in the emergency room.
Manjusha Kulkarni was surprised. As the executive director of the Asian Pacific Planning and Policy Council (A3PCON), a coalition of organizations that represents 1.5 million Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in Los Angeles County, she has a deep knowledge of anti-Asian racism in America. So, she was surprised to even feel surprised. Compared to African Americans and Latinos, Asians experience overtly violent racism less frequently, she says. (In fact, the “model minority” stereotype often pits Asian Americans directly against other minorities.) Plus, this was in a school. And the virus hadn’t yet gripped LA.
Racial discrimination is a world-wide phenomena. America practices actual racial discrimination although not official. I have lived, studied, worked, and traveled in America almost half a century. I have observed, watched, and studied the behavior of many races. I lived through two most brutal black riots in Los Angeles. Confirmed by my own and experiences of others that it is a fact of life that racial discrimination exists in America. I have been lucky because of my intelligence and education, pleasant personality and correct values — I suffered only employment and promotion discrimination. I was underemployed, understaffed and underpaid. I never encountered police brutality, when white police looked at me and listed to my communication, they never bothered me. Big department stores gave me great respect and service. When I was a junior at a junior college, I encountered problems with black student riots that demanded shutdown of the college. It was President Richard Nixon who came to my help and rescue. The city college did not shut down, and I had no problem of transferring to the university. The rest was history.
Rejection of undesirable immigration is not racial discrimination. America should not be the cesspool of the misfits, the uneducated, the unskilled, the drug addicts, the homosexuals, the misanthropes. Years ago and most recently I propose in the Constitution to make American English the official national language of America. There are so many misfit Mexicans or Latinos who do not want and do not speak correct English. Language is the only unifier of culture and country. The world thought the racial discrimination in America is the white against the black. They are all wrong. Racial discrimination is not the monopoly of the whites; when blacks are in power or position of authority, black discrimination is much worse than white discrimination because it is more rude, more crude, and more corrupt. My brother used to work in a government agency where blacks were the majority, he was physically threatened that he had to transfer out. I am not to repeat the stories how blacks instil fear in other people. I just want to quote a black preacher who said he did not feel safe to be among black youths. Without going into detail lest the enemies of truth censor my statement. Let American leaders, politicians, and people take notice, I hereby predict Blacks and Latinos will be two big American time bombs.
“Most of the recent high-profile attacks on Asians have allegedly been perpetrated by young black men, including one California case in which an elderly Thai man was killed. Nevertheless, anti-racism activists have blamed the disturbing trend on former President Donald Trump and “white supremacy.” In fact, after a Filipino-American man was slashed from ear to ear with a box cutter by a black man on a subway car in February, activists responded by holding a rally against white supremacy.
However, FBI crime statistics showed that whites committed 24% of the violent crimes reported against Asians nationwide in 2018, while whites made up about 62% of the population. Blacks accounted for 27.5% of violent crimes against Asians and 13% of the population.”
“So what does that say about the spread of the contagion of racism?” Kulkarni says. “It actually moves much more quickly than the disease.”
As the incidents of harassment against Asians rose, A3PCON asked the California attorney general’s office to collect data. It declined, so the organization built its own reporting pipeline. Within two weeks of launching on March 19, the Stop AAPI Hate tracker had received nearly 700 reports. From across the country, people described being spit on in grocery stores, yelled at on their jogs, and called racist names while waiting in line. (As of August, they have collected over 2,600 incidents.)
It would be a mistake to think of these as isolated incidents. There is a recipe for growing seeds of hatred into exclusionary national policy, Kulkarni says: Begin with political leadership that elevates the fear. Stir in media support. Top off with popular culture that perpetuates stereotypes.
“You really need that whole ecosystem, but it’s very easy, when there are these underlying beliefs, for America to snap back into it,” says Kulkarni. “It’s a constant fight because these racist tropes are really part of the American fabric. They’re more American than not.”
In the past century and a half, the United States has enshrined discrimination against ethnic groups into laws and national policies. In the 1880s, “yellow peril”—fear of an Asian invasion and resentment of the cheap labor coming from China—paved the way for the Chinese Exclusion Act, banning both new immigrants and existing residents from becoming U.S. citizens. At the turn of the century, a rise in Indian immigration sparked “dusky peril,” a fear of what a Washington newspaper then described as “Hindu hordes invading the state.” By 1917, after decades of pressure from anti-immigrant movements like “100 percent Americanism,” the Asiatic Barred Zone Act put a halt to most Indian and Asian immigration. It wasn’t until the Immigration Act of 1965 that the race-specific barriers were removed.”
“In the 1980s, Asian communities in America starting mobilizing to fight for their civil rights. The trigger was a murder: In 1982, Chinese-American Vincent Chin was beaten to death by two white men a few days before his wedding. The men held him responsible for Japan’s powerful auto industry at a time when America was losing manufacturing jobs.
Today, the Trump Administration has continued directing blame for the virus toward China. A 57-page memo by the National Republican Senatorial Committee included a talking point for politicians to argue that calling COVID-19 the “Chinese virus” isn’t racist. In July, Trump claimed the Chinese government was “fully responsible for concealing the virus and unleashing it upon the world.” The World Health Organization warns against associating diseases with specific locations, to prevent stigma and backlash.
Three times a week, at 2 p.m., a small group of people in orange polo shirts bearing the hashtag “#Chinatownblockwatch” congregate at the intersection of Mott and Bayard, in the heart of Manhattan’s Chinatown. The volunteers, who come from as far as Queens and Brooklyn, spend the next two hours crisscrossing the twisted streets of Chinese bakeries and dumpling joints, peering down side alleys, and generally making their presence known.
In January, as news of COVID-19 swirled, Karlin Chan started hearing rumors of Chinatown residents being harassed. Soon after, many stores were shuttered and streets grew quieter than ever. Chan, a full-time activist and advocate for crime victims, grew up in New York and knows his way around the streets. “I have a strict stand-your-ground policy,” he says. He started patrolling. He posted about his patrols on social media and a few friends joined. Then, dozens of people started showing up.
Chan believes incidents of harassment are more common than reported, especially after he started looking into reports of hate crimes around the city a few years ago. Immigrants often don’t know how to report a crime, or struggle with a language barrier, he says. Some prefer to stay off law enforcement’s radar. Chan offers himself as a one-man shop: He’ll encourage someone to make a police report, escort them to the station, and check on any unreported incidents he hears of. Without documentation, Chan says, there will be no resources or motivation to address racism.
“There’s always been a systemic, official and unofficial exclusion for Chinese, and this pandemic brought the debate back up again,” says Chan. “When they look for someone to blame, they blame the Chinese.”
Chan’s orange-shirted volunteers harken back to a time when neighbors had to watch out for each other. In the 1980s, vigilante crime fighters called the Guardian Angels patrolled New York’s subways and seediest neighborhoods. Chan plans to continue the patrol, and envisions it as a permanent Chinatown fixture.
Three times a week, New Yorkers gather in Chinatown to join the Chinatown Block Watch. Chinatowns around the country have felt the brunt of anti-Asian sentiment due to the pandemic. Incidents of vandalism and harassment have become commonplace.
America has been slow to acknowledge its anti-Asian history. …In 2011, the U.S. Senate formally apologized for the Chinese Exclusion Act, and the House followed the next year.
“The use of history is to learn from mistakes of the past. But in a twisted, perverse way, what we see is that the U.S. continues to repeat the same historical processes that developed throughout the 19th and 20th centuries.”

An 84-year-old Thai American, Vicha Ratanapakdee, was pushed to the ground in January and died from his injuries a few days later, NBC News reported. In 2020, New York City police recorded 28 hate crimes against Asian Americans, up from three in 2019.
In the 1871 Chinese massacre, rioters killed 10% of the Chinese population in Los Angeles, about 18 people, according to the L.A. Public Library. Eight people were convicted of manslaughter, but the convictions were overturned and no one was retried. In 1885, white mobs in Rock Springs, Wyoming, murdered 28 Chinese coal miners, wounded 15 more and burnt down the city’s Chinatown, according to the state’s historical society.”

“The recent murder of eight people — including six Asian women — in Atlanta is part of an alarming rise in racial hatred against people of Asian descent. While the United States is the center of this phenomenon, violent anti-Asian racism is also resurging in Canada, Britain, Australia and elsewhere.
On the same day as the Atlanta murders, the results of a new Gallup poll were released, showing that US public opinion towards China has sharply deteriorated in the past year, with nearly half the population viewing China as their ‘greatest enemy’. These two trends are not coincidental. The rise in anti-Asian racism is inextricably linked with the New Cold War currently being waged by the US government and its allies, primarily against China.
In recent years, Washington, with bipartisan support, has initiated a New Cold War with increasingly aggressive statements and actions towards China. These overtly racist narratives have been able to take root in the wider, hostile environment generated by the New Cold War.
On a daily basis, media coverage incessantly warns of the ‘threat’ posed by China, reminiscent of the racist ‘yellow peril’ and McCarthyist ‘red scare’ narratives of the previous century. As with the Islamophobia and anti-Arab racism of the ‘War on Terror’, and the anti-Black racism of the ‘War on Drugs’, the rise in anti-Asian racism is intimately bound up with the fear-mongering narratives promoted to justify a New Cold War.
It is wholly insufficient to criticize the overt bigotry promoted by Trump and his ilk, but continue promoting hostile confrontation with China, which inevitably lays the groundwork for such hatred to flourish. The fight against anti-Asian racism requires fighting against the New Cold War.
We support China and the US basing their relations on cooperation and dialogue, centering on the common issues which face humanity, including climate change, global health, racism, and economic development. We call on all those who stand for peace to demand that the US and its allies end their New Cold War against China.”

Illegal migrants are not refugees, most of them are economic migrants or fortune seekers. They all have one dream or goal is to reach America or Europe so that they can live happily on welfare. Children of illegal migrants are not responsibilities of America. How and what and why the American government takes in thousands and thousands of children of illegal migrants is not what an ordinary American would do. America is already bankrupt with the largest national debt and deficits in the world. Who is to pay to house, feed, clothe, educate, and giving health care to thousands and thousands (it would be soon millions) children of illegal aliens? It is not what a smart government would do, knowing America has enough of its problems. If America is smart, no more asylums of any kind will be admitted. Compounded by the thought America has the largest deficits and greatest national debt in the world today. “Britain will be joining the US’s new cold war against China in a move that is both dangerous for the entire world and against the interests of the British people.
That is the meaning of the Tory government’s latest Defence and Foreign Policy Review, Global Britain in a Competitive Age, that was published on Tuesday March 16.
Not only will this cold war see Britain waste billions of pounds in a ridiculously provocative and aggressive military build-up against China in the Pacific region but it is also inevitable that engaging in such acts of belligerence will cost Britain many jobs as vital trade and investment from China will be lost.
US offensive against China
The central foreign policy priority of the US administration under President Joe Biden is to wage a multi-faceted offensive against China, with the goal of blocking China’s national rejuvenation, and Britain is joining in with this attack as a junior partner.
The new US Secretary of State Antony Blinken set the tone for Biden’s administration in his first major speech on March 3 when he described the rise of China as the “biggest geopolitical test” facing the US in the 21st century.
Days later on March 9 the head of the US Indo-Pacific Command, Admiral Philip Davidson, asked the US Congress for $27 billion (£19.3bn) extra funds for new military hardware and practice military exercises so that the US could get into a position of being “prepared to fight and win should competition turn into conflict.”
Biden’s team has already started the work of attempting to build an international front of US allies against China as the central pillar of Washington’s foreign policy — and that’s where “Global Britain” fits in.
The Tory government’s Defense and Foreign Policy Review essentially presents Britain’s role in the world as junior partner to the US, which the document describes as “the UK’s most important strategic ally” in confronting the “systemic challenge” represented by China and the “hostile” threat that Russia allegedly poses.
Britain’s increasing military aggression against China
Despite Boris Johnson’s subdued and conciliatory rhetoric and tone, which attempted to pose Britain’s participation in the new cold war against China as an “Indo-Pacific tilt” which would include building “a stronger and positive economic relationship” with Beijing, the truth is that Britain is increasing its military aggression against China.
The new cold war against China will cost British jobs
The reality is that Britain’s participation in the new cold war is an act of self-harm and the material interests of the British people are going to be sacrificed in order to carry out the dictates of Washington.
It is absurd that the government’s “Global Britain” Review suggests that at the same time as increasing military aggression against China, Britain will also be able to “continue to pursue a positive trade and investment relationship with China.”
The Tories are completely naive to believe that China will invest and create jobs in Britain if this country enthusiastically participates in Washington’s cold war.
Johnson’s decision to take Britain into a new cold war against China is against the interests of both the Chinese and British people.
Next to the Roman Empire, the British empire is probably the most evil empire in modern history. Yet the UK has not compensated to all its colonial victims who suffered genocide, abuses of human rights, and injustice. The leaders of UK have not apologized to their victims for all the crimes and iniquities of its inglorious past.
UK leaders should come out to tell Palestinians, Arabs, and Hamas that they have no claim to the Holy Land and no resettlement right in the Jewish land. UK leaders should come out to tell India that the British empire unlawfully incorporated large areas of Chinese territories into the Indian Map and solve the India-China border conflict once and for all.
To join America in aggression is the path of destruction for UK.

However, life under the British wasn’t all just incredible inventions. Alongside the good stuff the Empire did sat a whole ream of not-so-good stuff, and alongside that a whole load of other stuff so evil it’d make Dick Dastardly balk.
We all now know about the horrors of concentration camps, but during the time of Boer Wars, rounding up tens of thousands of innocent people and detaining them in camps seemed like a stroke of genius. The British needed the South African populace under control and had the means and manpower to detain them. What could possibly go wrong?
Try just about everything. Pitched under the white hot African sun and crawling with flies, the camps were overcrowded, under-equipped, and lethally prone to disease outbreaks. Food supplies were virtually non-existent, and the callous guards would dock people’s meager rations for the slightest perceived offense. The result: sickness and death spread like wildfire, killing women by the thousands and children by the tens of thousands. In a single year, 10 percent of the entire Boer population died in the British camps—a figure that gets even worse when you realize it includes 22,000 children.
But the atrocity didn’t stop there. While rounding up the Boers, the British also decided to detain any black Africans they encountered, 20,000 of whom were worked to death in slave labor camps. All told, British policy in the war killed 48,000 civilians. That’s 18,000 more than the number of soldiers lost on both sides.
Harsh and brutal, these centers housed the sort of horrors that would make Kim Jong-Un feel ill. Detainees were stripped naked and kept in refrigerated cells, encouraging frostbite and pneumonia. Guards would stub their cigarettes out on prisoner’s skin and beatings were common. But perhaps worst of all was the sexual humiliation. Locals who had been detained could expect to have their genitals crushed by guards’ hands, or to be forced to sit naked on a metal pole; their weight forcing it into their anus.
By 1966, an Amnesty report on these abuses had caused global outrage. Faced with international condemnation, the British apologized. They then kept right on using the torture centers for another full year.
The big myth of the British Empire is that it nobly withdrew from its colonies when it realized the days of Imperialism were over. Yet one look at Cyprus proves the myth to be just a feel-good fairy tale. Between 1955 and 1959, the British responded to a Cyrpus rebel bombing campaign by rounding up and torturing 3,000 ordinary Cypriots.
The victims of this internment campaign were often held for years without trial and violently abused for being “suspected” terrorists. Detainees received regular beatings, waterboarding, and summary executions. Children as young as 15 had burning hot peppers rubbed in their eyeballs, while others reported being flogged with whips embedded with shards of iron. Those found guilty of rebel sympathies were relocated to London, where a UK opposition party inspection found inmates with their arms broken and jagged scars running across their necks. In short, it was an appallingly sadistic policy, one that showed the British to be even lower than the terrorists they were meant to be fighting.
In the 1950s, the people of Kenya decided they wanted their nation back. Unfortunately, the people they wanted it back from just happened to be the same guys responsible for every other atrocity on this list. Fearing a countrywide rebellion, the British rounded up 1.5 million people and placed them in concentration camps. What happened in these camps will turn your stomach.
Under slogans like “labor and freedom” and other variations on ” Arbeit macht frei,” inmates were worked to death as slave labor filling in mass graves. Random executions were not-uncommon and the use of torture was widespread. Men were anally raped with knives. Women had their breasts mutilated and cut off. Eyes were gouged out and ears cut off and skin lacerated with coiled barbed wire. People were castrated with pliers then sodomized by guards. Interrogation involved stuffing a detainee’s mouth with mud and stamping on his throat until he passed out or died. Survivors were sometimes burned alive.
The official body count is under 2,000, but more reliable estimates place the total dead in the tens or hundreds of thousands. Most of them were civilians or children, detained on vague, trumped-up charges of aiding the rebels. And it was all for nothing. Kenya was declared independent in 1963. In using those camps, the British lost both their African outpost and their souls.”
The Bengal Famine
“In 1943, a deadly famine swept the Bengal region of modern East India and Bangladesh. Between one and three million people died in a tragedy that was completely preventable. At the time, the extent of suffering was put down to an incompetent British government too busy dealing with a war to look after its empire properly. But in 2010 a new book came out claiming the lack of famine relief was deliberate and that the deaths of those millions had been intentionally engineered by one man: Winston Churchill.
According to the book, Churchill refused to divert supplies away from already well-supplied British troops, saying the war effort wouldn’t allow it. This in itself wouldn’t be too damning, but at the same time he allegedly blocked American and Canadian ships from delivering aid to India either. Nor would he allow the Indians to help themselves: the colonial government forbade the country from using its own ships or currency reserves to help the starving masses. Meanwhile, London pushed up the price of grain with hugely inflated purchases, making it unaffordable for the dying and destitute. Most-chillingly of all, when the government of Delhi telegrammed to tell him people were dying, Churchill allegedly only replied to ask why Gandhi hadn’t died yet.
If all this is true—and documents support it—then Winston Churchill, the British war hero who stood up to the Nazis, may well have starved to death as many innocent people as Stalin did in the Ukrainian genocide. Could the man who held out against Hitler really be capable of such an atrocity? Judging by the rest of this list, it wouldn’t be surprising.”

The TRC also argued that the Sixties Scoop — the large-scale removal of over 20,000 Indigenous children in Canada — was a form of cultural genocide. In 1985, Justice Edwin Kimelman’s report on Indigenous peoples and child welfare policies, No Quiet Place, also argued that “cultural genocide has been taking place in a systematic, routine manner.” The inquiry used the term genocide to characterize the pattern of violence against Indigenous women and girls in Canada (as well as Indigenous peoples, in general) and the federal government’s response to these systematic human rights violations.
